I cannot recommend this branch enough. I called up to enquire appointment availability, got a return call within 30 mins and was able to set up a walk-in appointment abruptly. Todd McDonnell (AVP) helped me set up a checking, savings, and a credit card account (incl. multiple new account bonuses) with Chase all in one, short pre-lunch sitting. He even called up customer service for the OTPs and helped set up my Google Wallet with the debit/credit cards (since they take a week or so to arrive), leaving me fully satisfied and absolutely zero work pending out of the door!

Shameless!! Chase clearly states online that their bank branches are closed for business today 10/9 in observance of Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day, but in actuality, they are open for business anyway. Quite a contradiction indeed! Not so observant or respectful after all....

Horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. The service was incredibly slow, their app is terrible, and there were people without masks. And they fund fossil fuels. #StopTheMoneyPipeline #TakeoverChase

Came around 5 pm and have been here a year ago. While hard to find, the service of the tellers is very nice. They have this cool deposit feature now where you don't have to fill out the slip of paper. Just bring your debit card. Would come back again!

John was great. The best customer experience I had in a bank. I was in a bad mood because I lost my debit card and my umbrella. John was super friendly. He took the time to help me as much as he could, and managed to order me a new card. Joked around to cheer me up, even gave me an umbrella. I left the bank much happier than I entered.

As I'm writing this review, I'm standing outside the office of their "banker" who is chitchatting with her friend and showing her photos of her sons in Hawaii for over 10min. I totally endorse friendly banking staff that act personable and talk to clients about non-banking related issues while they work but there was not a single key board stroke or any work-related actions in that entire 10min. They were sitting still (other than the moment when she grabbed those Hawaii photos). Now I finished writing my review on google and I'm posting on yelp, her chitchat is still going. Amazing.

The customer service I received yesterday at this branch I would hope is not typically how customers are treated. After waiting patiently for fifteen minutes in the lobby to speak with an account representative about my mortgage, and again approaching the teller window politely, "gimme a sec" is not the appropriate response from the teller who was the first and last person I spoke to inside this branch. Improving customer service at this branch will likely increase business.

The branch manager at this particular location is the worst excuse of a bank employee I've ever encountered. Long story short; I was given misinformation by the teller as well as his supervisor when I deposited a personal check made out to me. I have an account with CHASE. When I deposited this check ($3000.00), I was told by the supervisor that the funds would clear at midnight. I find out the next morning that they're holding the funds for 10 business days! When I went in to this branch to complain and get this amended the following day, the 'manager' explained to me that they really weren't accountable for the misinformation I'd been given upon depositing the check. She said it was their 'back room' that had made the decision. To summarize, she had the same type of air generating from her mouth as that which comes out of her a*** I was furious upon leaving and she farted, "Thank you for coming in!" Terrible excuse for a professional.

Great location, terrible customer service by Winnie, the branch manager. If you want a tongue lashing, she's your girl. First, she doesn't listen, then misconstrues what you say, she then reprimands you. Hello Ms. Branch Mgr, you're just an employee. I think you've forgotten, without customers, there's no need for you, or your bad attitude. Don't waste your time here, take your money right across the street to First Republic at One Embarcadero. You will get top notch service and made to feel like a valued customer. Everyone else at this branch is very nice. Chase, get rid of this bad apple, or hide her in the operations area, away from customers. Having been a teller, I know how customers, and their precious money should be treated--honorably.

Eric was awesome in helping me set up a new Chase checking account, and providing me with an ATM card while I'm traveling on business. Everything seems to be working out in order. Will update!
