The ATM area smells like a DEAD RATS and cleaning product. I thought it was a one-off incident, but I've been in there half a dozen times over the past few months and it consistently smells like death in there. Absolutely putrid. Today, I left there with my cash and legitimate concern that the stench worked it's way into my clothing. Honestly, the experience today almost made me gag. But I gotta get dat money...so I suffered through it. I suggest you avoid this place at all cost-or come prepared with a slathering of Vicks vapor rub on your upper lip. Disgusting, CHASE. Absolutely disgusting... I'll never come back. I'd rather pay a fee or walk an extra mile to avoid this place.

Their ATM machine is very convenient to use, considering so many of the local Chinese businesses wanting cash only.I like the ATM machine is inside, it feel more private.

I've walked into this bank a total of 4 times and every single time they give me a hard time. They can't handle a simple checks deposit or cashing a check. They don't wear their name tags and expect you to remember who was helping you last when they walk away. They walked away with MY ID and didn't tell me what they were doing. After 15 mins they came back and just said I can't help. Without giving any explanation of what they did with information! All I was trying to do was cash my check, which I've done with chase several times before!

I am not happy with the service in this branch. They close at 2pm and i went there just before 1pm. there were no people in line for the banker but they still did not help me and sent me back.

My sister went to this branch today to deposit her coins and stack of $1 bills she saved throughout the year. There were 2 tellers, one had a "next window please" sign when the male teller was finished with his transaction with one customer so my sister went to the other teller. When she showed the teller that we wanted to deposit her 2 big stacks of $1 bills and around $100 worth of rolled up coins, the teller's eyes widened like she had never seen that much cash before in her life even though she works in a damn bank. She told my sister to go to the next window and told her to wait for the male teller to finish so he can do her transaction. She already wanted in line with more than $100 worth of coins (that is extremely heavy) and she has to wait just because the female teller is too damn lazy to do my sister's transaction? The male teller was nice but damn, that other is not meant to work in a bank if she can't do a simple transaction.

I think it’s being lost that this is a specialized location catering to the monolingual Mandarin and Cantonese speaking population in San Francisco. In my job I work with clients who ask to go in particular here for a reason. To be honest the customer service is in line with EastWest Bank and Sterling who also aim for this group as their customer base. Go in with those expectations

Extremely discriminating location. My husband tried to cash a Chase check from the company he worked for which was a business account (again it was a Chase check). The assistant manager came and told him he couldn't give him the money. Btw my husband is black and this is the 2nd time this has happened. He had 2 ID's as requested, FDIC rules and pay $8 which my husband was ready to do.Horrible horrible discriminating people at this location!!!

Very discriminating.. I've been a chase customer since the day it became chase.. This location is the most discriminating place I've ever been to. It's scary what they are doing...
