I tried to do some cash deposit, and the clark literally yelled out the amount I was trying to deposit when there’s ten people in the room. Which is super unprofessional. It could be super unsecured as well. Will never come back again.

I needed to send two wires. I came into the bank branch. The bank was empty. I saw five bank employees. When I asked someone to help me send wires I was told that "they have a meeting, someone will be with you 15 minutes later". I had to return back to work, and could not wait for 15 minutes for them to finish their meeting, so I had to leave.I returned back in two hours. The branch was still empty. I saw five representatives in the branch again. Three of them were locked in a room with glass doors talking to each other. Again I asked for someone to help me send my wires. I was told "it will only be 5 minutes". I stood there and waited. The representatives kept just talking to each other. The bank remained empty. No one was paying any attention to me.Are they just paid to talk to each other all day? They cant have at least one person service customers? Ridiculous.

One of the worst banks I have ever visited with the worst customer service. The Asian lady with the shelf hair literally refused to help me and made me wait for a long time, waisted my time. Would never recommend this bank to anyone. They pretend to be great, but the way they treat non Americans is absolutely pathetic.

Im trying to think of a business that is less cutomer-centric, but honestly none come to mind. I'm trying to think of a corporation that has less compassion for human beings, but I'm drawing a blank. If you are a working class individual with relatively low income, you will get exploited so that they can profit off of your misfortune, and pass the savings on to their wealthier customers. When you call them trying to get an explanation as to why, say, your credit card minimum payment trippled overnight, you will probably be expecting them to say that you missed a payment and there's some additional interest charge that's bleeding you every month, causing you to pay such high minimum payments that in 9 months you've exceeded the amount of the total available credit limit on your card, just by making the minimum payment....and of course, your balance won't go down, not one penny.... But I digress.... when you call them they will tell you no, you didn't miss a payment, you didn't withdraw over the balance, it's just that they've increased the lowest possible minimum payment, across the board, and you were far below it.... Then the guy has the nerve to hang up on you before he even hears out what you have to say. But now you know..... You were far below the new lowest minimum payment amount because the maximum avaible credit limit of your card, and as well, the balance, is only $400. Which means you are paying a monthly payment thas like 15% of the total credit line and balance, every month, but that's not paying the balance down at all. Every 9 months or so you have pains more in monthly payments than the balance of the card... Every year. But the balance remains the same and I talways will. But that is of no consequence to them, they can be concerned about individual people, they are a bank, they deal with numbers only.... Since they only deal with numbers, they aren't concerned if the human on the other side of this payment is now stuck in a bad situation, because he has to paythis new amount, which is 3x the amount he was paying before, indefinitely, as the only way for him to get out of this is if he doubles the monthly payment - that's the only way to pay down the balance, otherwise you are just covering the interest, right? But since the minimum monthly payment has trippled, there is no way that this low-income individual can possibly double the new payment.... he couldn't afford to double it before when it was 3x cheaper than it is now, so how could he double the trippled amount? It's a catch 22, to get out of the situation he has to double the minimum, and the bank has arbitrarily increased the minimum by 3x. But look, I'm sure most people reading this can't relate, they are not poor like me. They are probably, much like the bank employee on the phone did as soon as he hung up, laughing their a$$e$ off. That's fine, go ahead and take pleasure in the fact that I'm doing so much worse than you are. But I just thought you might consider that if this bank can be so heartless as to treat people this way simply because they are poor, they sure as hell won't have any compassion for you if anything unusual happens.... You know, say you lose your wallet, and you don't report I immediately because you think it's in your girlfriends car, so you are waiting to see her in another day so you can look under the car seats, you're sure that's where it must be.... And in the meantime, a homeless person finds your wallet in a parking lot and goes on a shopping spree with your credit cards. Do you think the bank will understand and try to work with you? Hell no, these are the kind of people who bleed their least fortunate customers to make a quick buck, they don't care if youre having a crappy week. Most people bank with chase because it has lots of locations... That is the only thing to be gained, and then you lose on monthly service fees, overdraft fees of $40 each transaction. Customer se
