The 65 year old, loud, obnoxious, full of himself security needs to be fired and not working with the public. You know those security guards who think they're cops? This guy is a prime example of that. Me and a family member visited this branch today and this clown says: "I was just making sure you was with her" Then proceeds to say: "You can't hear me right?" Dude I wasn't trying to hear you. You're loud and unprofessional. I'm not hear for you, I'm here to complete my transactions. Then he proceeds to mug me hard like he wanted to beat me up. Bro needed to fall back real talk. As far as this branch goes. It's not anything to get excited over. They only have two ATM machines. Only inside the branch and one outside. Also, there is almost one teller booth here. All that money Chase put into that whole area where the branch and Chase Center is, they couldn't build a bigger branch? Never again!

Standing for a long time and no one trying to help or ask and they have time to give free calendars. No line, no idea how long to wait. Bad customer experience. Just go to another normal chase with normal set up

The teller/manager literally got mad and agitated because I make multiple deposits in one transaction for our business account. Teller was passive aggressive during the process. They asked me to come by more frequently to ease their burden. - who's working for who here? They provide a service at the customer's convenience - not the other way around. Never had an issue at the competing bank; sad we changed.Avoid this branch.

Michelle (Yinying) Wang is a true super star. I've been banking exclusively with her for all my Chase-related finances. She is very peppy and friendly and has been a wonderful help with all my financial questions and financial services from helping me with bypassing some minor but annoying app glitches to setting up CDs and doing some basic banking, setting up fraud protection and giving me a fraud protection kit, and so on. The sky is the limit with what Michelle can do for you, she has gone above and beyond what any financial advisor can do for you at your bank of choice, I cannot sing high enough praises for her!Michelle alone makes this my favorite branch of Chase to go into, I truly hope she will stick around for a bit longer! 20 out of 10 stars recommend here for her, although the bank itself is very friendly and very modern and nice (go figure, since it's on the to the Chase Center block).Thank you for being a great and efficient bank, my experience with visiting banks has changed significantly since banking here!

Very sweet Branch Manager (not sure of her name) but I came in this morning with concerns about a mobile deposit I did and although it was nothing she could really do she still went above and beyond and helped me out in more ways than she can imagine! God bless you and thank you !

I went to the bank counter to activate my credit card, and then he told me that I could use it, and then I used the credit card to purchase online.and then I got an email indicating that I needed to be authorization within 48 hours, etc. I was puzzled, so I called the customer service staff at 11 p.m., and he told me that my credit card had not been activated at all. I felt incredible. I had obviously gone to the counter to handle it. I felt very unhappy and deceived.

Never written a review before but I come to this Chase for quarters for laundry and have never had anything less than an impeccable experience. Love the staff there and they are so accommodating even though i dont have an account

I had an ongoing problem with my Bank account for around 2 weeks. Staff is nice, patient and awesome. Always greeted with most positive Vibes. A chase banker "Michael Badcock" did a Perfect A1 job in helping me with my bank issues. CHASE! I hope your reading this! Because ya'll need to get this guy a raise!

I had a pretty terrible experience with the bankers at this branch. I wanted to add another beneficiary to my existing checking account. After trying to do this since the last 3 weeks I was asked to visit the nearest branch. When we came in, the banker explained us how this is not possible and I will have to open a new account. They told us we need a bunch of documents and confused us for the next 15 mins. We told them we are going to go back and get one piece of document that was missing, and was told that the banker has to leave early, in-spite of the bank closing time being further out, and this can't be done today. She also explained us how I can't use an external account to pay my chase card. Mind blown. Okay, we go back home and tell her we will drop by the same time next day. We come in the next day, she has left for the day at 4 PM and there are no bankers available. We now came up with an easier solution to change my current savings account to a checking account. There is someone in the bank who tells us this can't be done and said "make enough savings withdrawals and it will automatically convert to a checking account" -- I was like so pay extra fees every time (transactions beyond 6) until chase decides to convert ? Obviously this didn't make any sense. She then asked us to go to another nearby branch. We go to a nearby branch (the branch on king street), guess what they tell us the same thing. On top of that they tell us you will have to close all your savings account and create a new checking account with 2 beneficiaries. ??? All this time we are also on the phone with the customer service and by the time we were getting dumbfounded by these bankers the joint savings account was converted to a checking and the old checking accounts were closed without any issues. We wasted 2 trips , got confused by multiple chase bankers. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and the folks were not knowledgeable at all.
