No after hours ATM access for months.

Terrible service. Unhelpful people. Untrained, incompetent staff. Wanted me to take time off from work to execute a change to my account that other banks handle with a phone call. Then wanted me to come back later because no one there was trained to handle it.

The after hours card ready to use the atm does not work. Very disappointed in this chase branch. I stopped by at 830am before work and couldn’t get money out.

Can't add any chase cards to apple pay. Worked fine before but now it says contact card issuer. Other cards work fine, just not Chase. After contacting them, they said they don't have a way to remove the previous attempt from their system so I can try to add the card again.

The card reader to unlock the door to the ATM after hours doesn't work. You can only get cash here when they're open

Bank is fine, I will invest in more fossil fuels

Great location for an ATM but given that Chase has sunk billions into fossil fuels in just the last four years alone, good chance it’ll be underwater by 2100. Pulling your money out of Chase is the easiest investment you can make towards a future where we have a fighting chance.

Stop using our money to destroy our lives. Fund a sustainable future. Chase is the biggest global funder of the fossil fuel industry and it must stop. Chase, you are complicit.

This branch has always been friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Chase Bank has invested a quarter $Trillion in fossil fuel infrastructure just since the Paris Climate Accord was signed in 2016, Our beautiful State is on Fire and skies are dark and foreboding. But Chase is profiting from the apocalypse. Divest Now. Cooperative Center Federal Credit Union in Berkeley and Beneficial Bank in Oakland are good options.

Chase has funded the fossil fuel industries more than $250B since the 2015 Paris Climate accord. Many financial institutions have declared their moratorium to fund industrial actors which contribute to climate change.

Mia is the best!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and polite. This branch is by far the best chase in the city. I have had some terrible experiences at other locations so I highly recommend coming to this one. Sarah is also great. There may be a long line at times but they go as fast as can be expected, considering they are in the heart of the financial district. Also, there isn't any parking around there but there's a parking garage on Kearny about 1 block away.

Came here to ask a quick question before opening my account and needed to wait 15 minutes for a banker to finish his FB posting before answering a question which took him 1 minute to answer. I was rounding up too.

Thank you Mia for helping me clean up the mess that the Richmond branch made with my bank card. I really appreciate you!!
