Very bad customer service. My son is in active duty. Went in branch to change the account . No customer was in branch but they said we have a meeting in one hour and can’t attend you . Talk to manager she also said we are busy.

Always uncomfortable going. Last time I was the teller spoke in Chinese with a supervisor when my transaction needed an approval.

This chase branch has to probably be the worst chase branch of all branches but probably the worst bank of all. We opened a business account here and it was "stuck" because they didn't know how to put in the proper code for an "event planning " business. They made it sound like it was rocket science and they didn't understand. We asked for a ACH verification letter so our clients can pay us and they print us a sheet with our account balance. WHAT? SADLY, she was the manager. She then said she'll make a new letter, we waited 30 minutes and it still wasn't done. We got up and told her we were leaving and will close our account another time. Let a bank that understands basics handle your money, NOT THESE GUYS. If you like your money, protect it from this bank.

Worst branch and branch manager, Eric Holguin, in banking. I went there to open a new account and to deposit a cashier's check from my attorney trust account. This was after several conversations by phone when he supposedly prepared all of the paperwork to open the account. He said I needed to come in to sign the documents and the account would be opened and I could make the deposit into the account. Once I signed the documents in,person, he then tells me I can't deposit the check. Says I have to wait until the account is "activated". Then says I Don have to come back in person to make the deposit, that I could make the deposit by mobile. He knew the amount of the check, as I showed it to him and we had discussed the deposit many times. When I was finally "activated" a week later, the balance that I was allowed to deposit was less than one tenth of the check amount. Oh yes, don't forget they hire promised that a debit card would arrive within a few days. Now I'm told he never ordered one. Just a liar and incompetent. A total waste of time.

Terrible service, terrible bank. As a foreigner arriving in the US, I had an awful experience with Chase closing my account. What did I do wrong? I guess I will never know, never received “the letter”. Let me guess… because I had transferred money from a foreign account? My own money? Really? No one explains anything to you. No one knows anything. It’s all “a back office decision”. Back office you can never reach or giving contradictory information after you have called like 10 times x 45 min each because there is no direct number. No hope to explain the situation. Risk of being on Chex system. AWFUL!

How do you have a bank with NO BANKERS???? What in the world are we coming to. One goes to a bank to talk to a banker… at a bank.

These guys just don’t show up for work. Branch hours say until 4 pm and I get here at 2 pm wait for half an hour and nobody is inside and it’s locked. Lights on. No note or anything. I saw 15 frustrated clients while waiting here, who also came expecting it to be open.

That branch needs some serious help from the headquarters, the so called branch manager is one of rudest most racist person in San Francisco, Be very alert when making transactions involving a few thousand dollars, the possibility of getting cheated is real .Count your money again and again because you may not get the amount you asked for,

Hard to follow instructions on a 3 step process. Ended up having to pay additional fees for the tellers mess up. She didn't even try to fix anything on her end even though she was the one that could not follow clear instructions. Great customer service . Also made me go back to wait in line in order to finish my transaction. Mind you I was first in line when the bank opened and ended up being there for half an hour after my initial transaction. Fun way to spend a Saturday morning.

I have banked here for over 5 years. I am not a business or a big-money customer,I am just a guy that cashes his checks here and tries to maintain a positive account balance. In other words,I am nobody special, and they are not making much money from me. All that said,I have always been treated very well at this branch. They helped me get bogus charges off of my account from shaky vendors,a few times they had a replacement ATM card delivered to me the very next morning, they have waived a few fees for me here and there, and they always explain things to me in a way I can understand. In other words, they really do treat me as an important customer. The managers and tellers are all very nice and helpful. No place is perfect, this is no exception. There are occasional minor gripes here and there like anywhere else. The only thing bad I can say is that this branch seems to be chronically understaffed. Now to be fair,it is not a really busy place most of the time,so the staffing issue is not obvious until it gets busy. There are 6-7 teller windows and I don't think I've seen more than 3 open, ever. As I said, this is rarely an issue, until it is... Overall a great branch because of great people that work there. I have never had anything but courteous service here.
