The ATM is closed on weekends. How come?! This is the first time I've seen a bank that doesn't provide ATM access for Chase clients. SO WEIRD! I tried on Saturday at 7 pm and Sunday at 10 am... It was closed.

Probably the most seamless banking experience I have ever had!
Was stressed and in a rush to get a cashiers check, so I came in right at opening. The staff were super friendly and helpful, got me exactly what I needed within 5 mins and didn't even charge. I forget the lady that helped me, she's amazing!

They atm access closed at 8:30pm.

I used the cash machines that were in a secure lobby area for out of hours access. Clean, well maintained, safe and secure.

Not actually a bank. It's just a glorified ATM machine. No one to help do actual banking things. Useless location.

This chase location provides great customer service and tries to find more ways to resolve issues! Very hands on deck with the manager as well. Convenient with the ATMs accessible.

Do business with Chase if you want to lose money. Their credit cards are not secure. I got stolen $500 on both of the my chase cards, chase refused to refund those despite me not being in the same country where the fraud charges happened. So I basically lost $500 using their cards. Capital One is much better.

Great Service; I am one to just use the closest most convenient location and I was in the area this week and they took perfectly good care of me. They have recently opened back up under new management and it shows. Amazing service, great crew!!
