Ehhhhhhh - this review is solely based on the convenience and how irritating Chase is with fees. Don't get me wrong the service here is excellent. What really grinds my gears is that this location has a vestibule, but you can't use the vestibule after hours? What is the point of having the double doors and the outside ATM's that you can't access? On top of that they close down every other location that's near by so you're forced to use an ATM at another bank that charges you a fee then Chase tacks on another fee for using an ATM that's not Chase. Sounds pretty UDAAP-y to me. Fees on fees on fees. A few days ago I went to the ATM and was declined and so I went to another bank. I called Chase and couldn't even log in because my PIN wasn't working. So I went into this location and they said nothing was wrong with my PIN. Then why are you holding my money bro? SHOW ME THE MONAAAAAY! Anyhow, the teller helped me reset my PIN, but still you literally have to move a mountain or pay a fee and sacrifice the blood of a virgin just to get your money. This is wild.

No ATM access at 5:05 pm on a business day? Please close this location and leave so that a bank that intends to function as a bank can take your place and I can move my investments and cash over there. Pathetic.

Unreliable branch manager. We have a business account and the bank keeps "accidentally" changing our address/phone number associated with the business. We've escalate this problem, spent hours on the phone trying to figure out what has been going on. Last thing, we spoke to this branch manager, who swore for like 3 minutes straight, that he would take this problem very seriously and get to the bottom of this. I was like, yeah, sure, I've been told that before. But no, he's definitely going to fix this for us. Then, surprise, surprise, he never called back and within a month, our address was changed again.They don't care about mistakes, or your money, and they don't have the infrastructure to handle business accounts. If you bank with them, be prepared to have costly errors!

We recently got married and walked into the bank on a quiet Monday afternoon with $20k to open our first joint account. The branch was completely empty… one bank teller and one guy sitting alone in an office. I walked up to the teller and explained what we wanted to do and she said I would need to make an appointment. Are you kidding me?? #bye

Just happened to stop by here randomly and let me tell you .the service was awful ,simple transactions seem to be to much of a hassle .I witnessed the manager get quite angry and emotional with a customer in front of me.

Terrible customer service for businesses. No one is available to speak or meet with us for 2 days and no one answers the phone. We have a serious business issue with Chase for erroneously shutting down our online access TWICE for a legitimate transaction and we are forced to go to the branch to get it corrected. Even our account manager was useless.
