We wanted to open a new account which need to be done in person, booked an appointment online for 9am (first appointment of the day). We got a confirmation email stating the address, time and date of the appointment. Nobody called us to confirm. One the day of the appointment we waited outside with another client who was waiting to get in while wondering if anyone would show up. Turns out this location is closing for good in the next month or so and the staff seem to come in as they please according to the other client. We continued waiting while the staff opened 20 minutes late only to be told that the rep we were booked with was not even at that location. The other location was only a ten minute walk away but we had other obligations that we could not be late for. In other words, there would not have been enough time to process all the paperwork and legal stuff so we decided not to bother with the account. Nobody contacted us regarding the appointment at all and there was no direct number for the rep we were paired with. They seem to want to make it next to impossible to do business with them. Needless to say we won't be trying again and will take our business to a different bank.

I used to go to this branch for banking. I'm now in the process of closing my account because I don't want my money to be used to fund the destruction of our planet. Chase Bank is the biggest money pipeline fueling the climate emergency. #TakeoverChase #StopTheMoneyPipeline

Workers are incompetent and misleading. I opened an account for a coupon bonus at the guidance of one of their employees. The coupon bonus never came. I stopped by multiple times, was told by that same employee multiple times that it was coming.After some time, the same employee told me that I no longer qualified for the bonus despite following all the qualifications and instructions.Filed multiple complaints, it didnt go anywhere and no one returned my calls or messages. Horrible experience from all the staff from this location. Massive waste of time. Something so simple should be this stupid and complicated.No one really cares and just wants to trick you into opening accounts and cards but will then ignore and screw you over.

Absolutely terrible phone assistance to dispute a credit card charge. You go through the menu several times and don't get any help if your problem is not within their options menu. Absolutely terrible customer service help, or should I say no help at all

I have been coming to this branch for a while now. But today was a very exceptional and satisfying day to not pass up. I have been coming to this branch for a whole now, and the service today was by far the most satisfying to date. I was greeted immediately by this young man name Remus. Right away my transaction with this young lad made my day easy and hassle free. The amount of knowledge and professionalism this gentleman displayed today I wish I experienced elsewhere. This is why I shall be continuing my business with this specific location because of him. Thank you for putting your customers first and making people like myself trust why I choose chase bank! Satisfaction from beginning to end of my transaction I cannot ask for anything more!!!!

Came here to ask a question and they were busy at lunch. They are still on the clock with a sandwich in the hand, but just didn't stand up and see if anyone needed help. After seeing me, still took them awhile even just to wipe their mouth and stand up.

Really like this branch and especially the manager Anthony Lozovsky!! He is a super professional and definitely knows everything about the banking. Answered all my questions and gave me good advice about my business account. I think it's the best branch in SF! In my opinion this bank/branch is not interested in being helpful to its customers. They won't even allow someone to pick up some temporary checks who is not a signer on the account even if the signer authorizes it in writing. Deal with a bank who wants to help the customers rather than make a customer's life difficult.

The tellers and bankers here are very knowledgeable and efficient. Every time I visit around lunch there has been no line.
