Ive been coming to this store since I was a kid , back in the mid 2000s and I honestly feel welcomed and acknowledged every visit . This store has deep roots with the community that lives in the Fillmore . The prices are fair and the store is always organized and clean.

I decided to come to Charlies’s after repeated issues going to the CVS on Haight. Hank has always prepared my medication in advance and is incredibly friendly. I have enjoyed the friendliness and great service I get at Charlie’s. I could not recommend them more. It is my favorite small business in all of San Francisco
