I've been a customer for 10+ years. This bank use to be great. Customer service was wonderful. Now it's terrible. Payment services are inconsistent. They've mistakenly frozen my accounts and not told me about it. It cost me hundreds in fees with third parties, and they still haven't apologized or even admitted wrong doing. I'm moving all my money OUT of Schwab now.

No help at all. I had a question about a charge to my account. The representative had no info so he cancelled my card. I talked to another representative later that was able to explain the source of the charges.

I have noticed clearly for years what seems clearly dishonesty and them swindling money from me in various ways, things that didn't add up as well as other things I highly suspect were not honest. If you don't believe me go to BBB and read all the tons of complaints about them over the many years and the true thieves they are! People losing huge sums of money unfairly treated by them is all the prove you need! The evidence is overwhelming! I had to learn the hard way. They also stopped fees for awhile to keep up with Robinhood, but the quickly added fees and commissions back. Are there really anymore good, honest people in the world? You won't find them at brokers, credit card companies who trap people eventually with huge fees, banks, Wall Street,etc. All they do is swindle people period!!In response to what you just said after my review, to contact you, I already called you earlier today and the people I talked to and a broker said after asking his manager, she wouldn't do anything to help! You just posted to contact you or call you so it would make Charles Schwab and company look a little better, like they really care! That's certainly not what I experienced today! Just the opposite for 20 to 30 minutes over the phone a complete waste of time.You made me so burning mad. You might definitely say I got caught up in the trap, the 'spider web' of Charles Schwab; They cast a wide net there and they fleeced the hell out of me for years!

Since everyone is working remotely for this company - please if you have a customer waiting to speak to you - when you finally answer the phone turn off your mute button and that way you can hear the customer. This customer service rep did that to me and than disconnected the call after waiting for five minutes for him to come on. Now I have to call again and go over the situation all over. I think I will switch brokerage firms that have actually institutions open and people you can actually talk with that isn't asleep at home

Great Charles Schwab location with very helpful and friendly people. Opened an account and they walked me through it and even let me use their chromebook to make sure everything was all setup before I left.
