I just picked up my car from Charles Henry and it looks like new. We had used them years ago with always good results but hadn't needed to go back for a while. Not only did they do a great job this time, but Don was extremely accommodating with my schedule changes, which I really appreciated.

I unfortunately had my car rear ended earlier this year, but Charles Henry made the entire repair process very easy and stress-free. Don was a great help and explained all the repairs that needed to be done thoroughly, and he was happy to answer any additional questions you may ever have. They helped take care of the cumbersome back & forth process with the other party's insurance and made sure that my car was repaired with original and high quality parts, not a cheap replacement part. The repairs took a little longer than initially anticipated, but it was fine and the team here did a fantastic job with the repairs - the car looks good as new. Hopefully I don't get caught in a repair situation again, but if I do, this is the first place that I'll be coming back to.

A tree branch fell on my car and damaged the front end. After getting my truck back, everything looks terrific, everything looks and operates like new again. They also took care of a scratch for me and polished a few areas on my behalf. I would highly recommend this shop. -Aristotle

During a recent wind storm, a limb landed on the top of my 2013 Mini Cooper (hardtop). My State Farm agent recommended that I call on Charles Henry. What an amazing recommendation! The customer service, Don, was helpful, friendly, fast and thorough. He even advised me on what I needed to know about renting a car. I will most definitely call on them again, if I need auto body repairs on my car. Thank you!

Had a really great experience with the shop. I got rear-ended the night before Thanksgiving, and they came and towed my car to their shop Thanksgiving morning, which I really appreciated. They kept me updated on the extensive repairs needed and my car looked brand new when I finally got it back. Don was great to communicate with and super nice, and his guys did really great work. I'm very happy to have my car back now!

Had stellar work done there, and have been meaning to write this review. A young man named Don took me through the process, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Prompt, clear communication, attention to detail. Can't imagine a better experience.

I took my car into this shop when I incurred some damage through a Getaround rental. Don took great care to work closely with the claims company, address the damage from Getaround, fix something else on the car, and deliver it back to me looking like new. I really felt taken care of, and I would happily return to Charles Henry & Co for any future body work.

Nice guys! Fixed my car after AAA's contractor tore off bumper during a tow. AAA was being shady about it but Charles Henry's shop was sure to inform me they were legally responsible to pay. They detailed the car too which was much appreciated Highly recommend!

They care more about getting the job done than getting the job done right.Both repairs I have gotten from them have resulted in complications that required me to return in order for the repair to be completed.On top of that, the way Jessie, who handled my last repair, treated his co-workers was absolutely abysmal. I've never seen someone talk down to another co-worker the way Jessie had when I returned to get my repair completed.If you want to get your repairs done in San Francisco, find another shop that cares about quality and their own employees.

My insurance company has Charles Henry Co on their suggested list and after I Yelped them with all the wonderful reviews, I decided to come in. Armani was super nice and told me they would handle the estimate with the insurance company and the insurance company would let me know when I was approved. That's it!! I didn't have to do anything else. I brought my car in and it was actually done sooner they we expected and I love it!! It's like nothing ever happened. Thanks, Charles Henry Co!!

I found this place by luck. Six months ago I had my first serious car accident a block away from the shop. Dan, Hector, and the entire team took care of my 4 year new VW and not only walked me through the entire process in details but repaired my car timely and at the end it looked and worked just like new.Yesterday, I called them to see if they could help me install a new battery after the dealer quoted me almost $200 for installation and they treated me again like a VIP. Installed the battery for free and with pleasure. Thank you!!!

I have been a customer at Charles Henry several times and each time i was waited on promptly and if there was a wait I was provided with an estimate of how long I would wait and it was never more than 15 minutes (and I always dropped by without making an appt). Repairs were always explained to me so I could understand what was being done and how long it would take. I was appraised of any unusal delays or where the parts were coming from etc. Additionally, more often than not I was appraised of any options that could lessen the cost to me since I was coming out of pocket. It was always a relief dealing with the staff who understood the value of time, information and finance. Thank You!

I had a great experience from the first phone call on June 12 to picking up my car during COVID, they're affiliated with Sate Farm. They took the initiative to find a rental car for me. They provided updates on the car when I called. Overall, the staff was great and friendly, especially Don. Thanks for making the car repair experience painless. Highly recommend.
