Kudos especially to sales associate Sabrina, she helped me with my first Chanel purchase, a pair of classic ballet flats! When I’m ready to buy the flap bag I will definetely use her again!

Called chanel to see of black and white mem sneakers was available in 10.5 and they were so i decided to go downtown and buy as i was in rush huron was able to help me quick they didnt have 10.5 but they did have an 11 thank you guys for having good customer service non judgmental pr any snarky remarks will be back

Chanel is one of the busier upmarket stores in the area, so take that into account - you might consider making an appointment to ensure it goes smoothly. However, I still had a good experience without an appointment and would shop here again. Carlos took care of me and helped me find the exact bag I was looking for.
