Thank you to Thomas for his kindness, patience, and efficient in helping me pick out a mattress, metal bed frame, and foundation. I was able to place an order to same day SF delivery, all within a few hour time frame. This is my second Casper mattress and first Casper bed frame / foundation and have been impressed with the comfort and ease of setup. The Casper headboards also easily attach to the metal frame without additional attachments / parts required. I was able to setup the metal bed frame and foundation by myself and without tools, all within 30 minutes. Hardest part was figuring out how to discard the large boxes. Thank you Thomas for your support and making the experience seamless!

The staff was very short, standoffish, and unhelpful. I came into wanting a mattress and left happy I didn't purchase anything.

Very nice sales people in this store. Purchased a "topper"... complete waste of money. Tried to return just outside 30 day window- store and "customer service" were useless. In the future I will go to a reputable mattress store that stands behind its brand.

The customer service at this store is fantastic. I had a slight problem with my order, and the manager of the store immediately took control of the problem and resolved it, going above, and beyond any normal expectation. I would recommend this store on Union Street in SF to anyone!

i went into this store two days in a row and had amazing experiences both times. specifically ling & te were SO helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. i will definitely be going back for any and all bed needs!!

Teah was amazing! After my wife and I tried several mattresses, Teah answered all questions, was very professional and feel Caper very lucky to have her as a supervisor. Looking forward to trying our new Wave Hybrid mattress.

I was excited that Casper has a store in SF and wanted to try the weighted blanket. I went out of my way to come to this store and they said I can't try it. This is a bedding store and I can test things out? What's the point of staying open... yes it's covid but tons of other stores are open letting you try things, with safety precautions and sanitation. Don't waste your time coming here :(

I got the hardest mattress, which gets softer very soon. It didn’t provide enough support for my back, and it gets too hot very fast at a cool night. This is an expensive mattress that didn’t worth it’s price. I got trick by the nice branding and easy shipment. I hope this review help people who’s thinking about buying it.

I don't often give reviews here but I'm posting this in the hopes that somebody from Casper's corporate office takes note. Ling Wang is a truly exceptional salesperson and exemplifies 'white glove treatment.'Within seconds of entering the store, she kindly welcomed me in and asked if I had any questions. She knew every detail of every product, was able to provide the pros/cons for my specific needs by mattress, pillow, etc., and provided such a great customer experience that I went from casual browsing--->purchasing a new bed, sheets, pillow, etc.If that isn't the mark of an expert, I just don't know what is.Ling provided the best in-store experience I've had anywhere in recent memory and the least I could do is provide feedback on the excellent job she did. 5/5 stars.

I went in to this store feeling stressed about my upcoming move, and left feeling like I could breathe again. The store has a unique and fun set up inside, making the customer experience that much more engaging and enjoyable. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, personal shopping reservations were required to try out the mattresses, but that honestly made it 100% better, and allowed for 1 on 1 time with the customer/employee to get all my questions answered. I was helped my Ling, she was down to earth, so kind and helpful, very honest and helped me think through the best logistics for getting my mattress to the final destination. Never was there a time I felt pressure for a sale, or overwhelmed by too many options or conditional discounts, etc. GREAT experience.

Super friendly staff that were knowledgeable and helpful! Unfortunately, the product I wanted was out of stock in store, but they helped me order it to my apartment from the store. Easy and quick trip, so no real complaints!

Excellent experience! I knew I needed a new mattress, but I wanted to try it out- not just order online. The person helping me was SO helpful and not pushy at all. I tried out a couple different kinds before settling on the wave hybrid with snow tech. They had it in stock, and they even put it in my car for me.

Good product but nightmare store to deal with. We ordered two beds. The various components came in a half dozen deliveries. Each delivery required someone to wait at home all day unless we signed off on letting them leave the delivery on the sidewalk. The staff at this store is obnoxious, supercilious and unresponsive. And this is after we bought 11 beds from them last year for our business. Go buy a McRosky. More expensive, but a far better bed and a local company. And you don't have to deal with staff that treats you like you're doing them a favor. Was planning on buying dozens of beds from them next year for a hotel remodel, but life's too short to deal with this sort of nonsense.

This is a follow up. I purchased a wave hybrid at the union street store and had it delivered. It arrived on time with no problems. The same day I scheduled a pickup for my old mattress using 1-800 got junk. They also arrived on time. No issues at all! Perfect!

Shopping for a mattress. Walked in and the sales woman said we couldn't touch the mattresses and we would have to either "invest in" laying down for 45 minutes or come back after covid. Seems super weird to turn away customers who don't want to lay down for nearly an hour.
