The worst tow and collision repair place. The only competent person here is Joseph. I called before I came both times, both times I was told someone would be there shortly and both times I waited way longer just to get to my car. The first time the guy who let us in chain smoked cigarettes causing my wife and I to both have issues with our asthma. The second time after being confirmed an eta no one would pick up and I waited 20 minutes longer than told. Apparently no one's time is important except for theirs. The first time it was admitted to me that they guy FORGOT about us. Absolutely not okay especially considering the stress people are in after a wreck

This review is long overdue! I got in an accident ( my fault no other car involved ) my car was in drivable !I thought it was totaled. Fortunately I was towed to A&J . They were so kind I had so much damage! They sent me home in an Uber free of charge !They did an estimate. I left my car for about a week .When I went to pick it it up I was elated my car looked like it was brand new ! These guys are artists! So professional and the best customer service !

I got into an accident last month and was recommended CARSTAR A&J for repairs, and they were incredible. Jay, Cindy, and Mariam were super professional, transparent, and responsive throughout the whole repair process, and were open to answering any questions I had. We even had some issues during the repair with our car and insurance company, but CARSTAR always let us know immediately and helped us resolve them as quickly as possible. The repair itself was also spotless! Our car came back looking good as new.If you need auto repairs, I highly recommend coming here!

This place is awesome, not just for their professional work but also for the great staff members. Cars body mechanics do excellent work, the staff consists of amazing people, they are very friendly, listen to the customers every concerns related to their cars, very passionate about their work, always communicate with car owners and diligently work with insurance companies and they always keep customers happy.Whenever my older or newer cars have any problems with exterior I always bring them to CARSTAR with a bug confidence. Highly recommend!Recently they took care of my car, that was hit and run within a short period of time! I am very satisfied.

Our car was recently involved in a car accident which included injuries. A&J was an option through our car insurance and was communicative, responsive, and handled the towing in a way that allowed us to focus on the injuries and not the towing. While our car insurance was less than helpful while the car sat in the garage, A&J was fantastic. They provided updates a few times a week on the extent of the damage and were responsive and happy to address all of my questions. I can't recommend A&J enough and would happily use them again in the future.

I found A & J out of the blue when I really needed them the most. They do quality body work. Another shop screwed up my paint job on my Tesla, they repainted my quarter panel and trunk to its original paint. Color is on point and no corners were cut. I would highly recommend A & J to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you so much for reviving my car!! You bet I’ll be coming back. Like they say, first impression matters right? :)

I wish I can give more than 5 stars because the amount of professionalism and care is outstanding. A huge thank you to Cindy who made me feel at ease when my car was being fixed. I never had to do a follow up call because she was on top of everything! My car looked better now than when I first purchased it. Great service !
