Big, spacious and modern cafe! Stopped in for a caffe latte and it was a nice and relaxing experience. Ample seating for working or just relaxing, and the service was attentive and great! A bonus if you're a Capital One card holder too. We got 50% off by using my card! Score!!

Decided to utilize my secondary bank (Capital One) and visit their San Francisco location at Union Square. Been a Capital One customer since 2002; and am so satisfied with this innovative bank. So after my in-home support worker Astrid was done with my household chores, decided to run us down to that Cafe and check it out. First things first, asked the counter person where can I find an 'ambassador' to assist me with making a payment and to get me a chair before I fell down. "Zack" brought me the chair to the ATM machine and walked me through the large transaction (over $18,000) to pay off balance of my primary card. It was a breeze with Zack there to walk me through this mega ATM machine. Afterwards, Zack gave me and my support worker Astrid a card for free coffee and we ordered it iced with a side of a chocolate croissant. We then got a table and rested up while chatting with Zack about Capital One. This was one great banking experience and will be back to do more in the future.

Excellent work from home space. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Plus, the coffee is good.

The Capital One Café is a very original concept: it is a bank that offers a coffee space and tables and chairs to work in, it is an open office. Very popular with students or simply people who want to have their own space.

Best place to study! Not too loud and not too quiet, outlets, many tables and chairs, and the large windows overall make for a great work space! Coffee is delicious and they also offer pastries. There is security there so you feel safe. And if a capital one customer you can use the atm machines (you dont need to be one in order to dine)There are also private rooms :) not sure if you only have to be capital one customer to use them

There are a lot of guards, so there are no homeless people and you don't even notice people using computers, so it's the best!

With most coworking spaces no longer offering free coffee and tea, this a good option. You still have to pay for your own beverages but it's half off if you bank with them. They open 7am-6pm M-F.

I've been here a few times to meet up with friends. The location is superb and half off drinks comes in clutch if you have your Capital One credit card. The space is huge and airy - plenty of seating, plug outlets, wifi. The staff are very nice and welcoming. There's no high pressure sales to pick up a Capital One product or anything.

This is a TOP TIER THIRD SPACE in FiDi! I love knowing that I can come here for any reason: I can plug my laptop into the many plugs to work remotely, I can bring my own food or buy food there, or I can just chill without worrying about justifying my stay. This space also offers many financial services and workshops in the cafe that you can join even if you're not a Capital One member. One of my FAVORITE perks is getting 50% off drinks as a Capital One cardholder (they used to serve Peet's but they now serve Verve Coffee). Another cool perk that I haven't personally used but tell everyone about is that they have conference rooms that non-profit orgs can book for free! There are 3 levels full of seating but my favorite level to do serious work is the bottom floor. It's a quieter space, more comfy seats, easier access to bathrooms, and more electrical outlets. The middle and top floors have chairs and tables that are strangely short or laid back which makes a very uncomfortable working environment for me, but the views are very, very pretty! Sometimes the free Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty, butusually good enough for me. Highly, HIGHLY recommend & appreciate this space!

The Capital One Cafe is a great place to get work done. There are multiple floors with tables and outlets. Outlets - there are a good amount of outlets but not every table has them. Bathroom - the bathroom is at the bottom floor and is pretty clean Drinks - they serve Verve coffee which was decently good and a great deal after the 50% off discount. Table availability - it can get crowded but you are likely able to find seats. Tables with outlets are taken up first. Parking - it will be difficult to find parking :( we parked at a nearby garage for $5/hour

I've passed the Capital One Cafe a bunch of times but had never gone in until recently when I was meeting a friend who was looking for a coffee shop for us to meet at near Union Square. I was surprised at how big the cafe is; from the outside, you can't tell that there is a huge downstairs with lots more tables and seating. Because there is so much seating, it can get very busy as it was during the recent JP Morgan health care conference. There's a discount for Capital One customers (of which I'm not) but, otherwise, the coffee is just "normal" coffee shop prices. There are restrooms downstairs.

I've gotten coffee to go, and also sat in their upstairs area. Terrific. So few coffee places even have decent seating anymore.Love their latte. I get the Capital One customer discount, but the coffee is great even I wasn’t getting the discount. I bring people here.

This place is a gem in the heart of downtown San Francisco. A bonus if you are a carrier of Capital One Card as you get 50% of any beverages. The cafe is spacious and provides lots of lighting as well as nook spaces to hold meetings, etc. Really comfortable and cozy environment. The staff are friendly and inviting!

Great place to work for a while, fast wifi, comfortable seats, clean and quiet. Drinks are alright, the hot apple cider is spiced too heavily.

Ugly, soulless café. The epitome of everything currently going wrong with San Francisco. I did not want to spend time here.
