Nice open, bright cafe to get coffee and breakfast or work. The line and service moved quickly. Coffee and food was good. Capital One staff shares info about their services. They are very friendly.

Wow, perfect place to get the work done. There are outlets, free wifi, restrooms, large tables, comfy seats, and 3 stores of space.

The coffee is Verve which is a well plus known brand
Besides, the chocolate croissant was well-heated
The cafe is grand in interior so even if it's filled, it's still vast in volume which is good as it gives you the sensation of inner space away from noise and could focus on your work. ?

Wonderful workspace for everyone. Drip coffee is absolutely horrible. Counter staff are so-so and other staff were welcoming. Bring your own coffee and buy a pastry instead. WiFi and outlets were good. Cafe got pretty full by 10am.
Update: Luke was super nice and attentive at the cafe counter. My croissant was tasty!

love coming to capital one cafe to remote work and meet friends! honestly, i wish banking was more like this, where you could do your banking, get lunch, and get work done. I'm glad Capital One has this space in the city.

I have been to other Capital one cafe serving verve coffee and it tastes great. I love verve. I ordered a vanilla latte and it was just milk. Not good at all
The cafe itself is well kept and great to work at. Very clean. Just bad coffee

I stopped by the café for a latte and requested an oat milk version. The cashier acknowledged my order, but when the barista handed me the drink, it turned out to be made with soy milk instead. Despite feeling a bit awkward, I politely asked for the correct oat milk latte, especially considering the $8 price tag. Upon receiving the corrected order, I thanked the barista, but their response was smug. To top it off, I noticed the same barista confidently offering the soy milk latte to the next customer, who seemed familiar with the staff. It was cringe.

It's not coffee, it's brown hot water that they serve. Overpriced and bad coffee. Cup overfilled, so it's not possible not to spill. The place itself is good to do some work, good WiFi, power plugs at the tables, clean bathrooms. But needs better coffee.

I wanted to drink hot coffee yesterday morning for my breakfast but they gave me warm coffee. I didn't satisfied from service I never go to that place because this is not first time.

Some plants would suite this place. Very cold environment and my cheese and ham sandwich for 12$ tasted really cheap. Friendly staff
