I recently ordered a floral bouquet and delivery with Canton Flower Shop and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The bouquet was not only beautiful but also a great value for the price. I highly recommend this florist for their excellent service, quality arrangements, and overall exceptional value.Backstory and Specific Details:I was in dire need of a floral arrangement delivery, and Lorene came to the rescue! The shop was either busy working on another project or helping another customer over the phone, but their business voicemail system mentioned texting a business number for a quicker response. I followed the recommendations and Lorene responded immediately, mentioning that they can deliver the exact arrangement (B7) I wanted for a next day delivery. Not only was my interaction with Lorene over text one of the most superb customer service I've received, the floral arrangement was beyond what I could ever imagine, both in design and in size! Our recipient mentioned that the shop was super communicative during the delivery process, ensuring that someone would be available at a specific time. They were impressed with the prompt delivery and the freshness of the flowers.Thank you Lorene and Canton Flower Shop for your flexibility, responsiveness, and overall attention to detail in the arrangement!

Lisa prepared a beautiful bouquet for our wedding anniversary (wife loved it!!) at an extremely short notice @ 7am on a weekend. Very warm people running this establishment and definitely deserve the support of the community. Thank you and best wishes!

They were able to complete same day request. Very beautiful flowers and reasonably priced. Owners are very friendly as well. I would ordered flowers from them again.

Funerals are tough. But it was an unexpected pleasure to work with Canton Flower Shop on my dad's funeral flowers. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would! The quality of flowers and the workmanship of the arrangements were nothing short of amazing! Really, photos do not do them justice. The casket spray, standing sprays, basket, pillow, wreath, every single one was absolutely breathtaking.In additional to their amazing work and professionalism, what really sets Canton Flower Shop apart from all of the other florists we visited was their exceptional customer service. Lisa and Ed were very personable, understanding, and communicative. They patiently listened to our specific needs and concerns, provided knowledgeable feedback and recommendations. They were very accomodating when we had to make changes to the banners and hand wrote every single one! Ed personally delivered the arrangements. They both went above and beyond. We were so impressed and happy with how beautiful everything turned out. My mom absolutely loved their work, we know my dad would have loved it too.

Its expert florist followed through from day 1 when we placed our order remotely from New York City. Their experience, professionalism and excellent services had exceeded our expectation. My mother recently passed and I was searching for a florist that would meet my specific needs for a florist who was fluent in English and Chinese. I found Canton Flower Shop after reading their reviews online. I worked with Ed and discussed my needs for over 30 minutes on the phone. He was extremely receptive, listened attentively, and provided useful information regarding traditional Chinese funerals vs. Americanized Chinese funerals. I did not expect this level of service and if I could, I would give him and his wife Lisa more than 5 stars!! They worked with me every step of the way, showed me the beautiful hand-lettered banners ahead of time, guided me through additional content I wanted on the banners, and were PHENOMENOL! I have never had this level of detail, care and attention to ensure that my mother's funeral would be beautiful. I will post again after my mother's service at the end of of the month to let you know how the arrangements turned out. (Judging by a video that Ed and Lisa sent me, and photos I saw on their website, I was quite pleased!)

I only called the shop on the late night of the 4th day before my parents' burial services and the owner Lisa picked up the phone, she was working late. It was destiny! Lisa went out of her way to help me arrange the flowers needed for the event and some traditional details I had never known before. She took my pretty sizeable orders given such short noticed and made everything perfect. Lisa was right, I didn't need to worry, all things were well taken care of in her hands. The delivery was impeccable too. All was there when the family members arrived. The ceremony could not have gone this well without Lisa's help. Was in need of a last minute funeral floral arrangement for a Monday morning delivery. Emailed them Thursday night and got a response from Lorene Friday morning that they could make the arrangement and deliver to the cemetery the following Monday. Chose the style we wanted on the website and it was delivered exactly as pictured. A beautiful, fresh, full flower wreath delivered on time, well before our funeral service. Reasonable prices and very inexpensive delivery fee. Delivery to the cemetery made the whole process extremely convenient when you have so many other things are going on. Would 100% order again and recommend to anyone looking for similar services.

I can’t say how what a hidden gem Canton Flower Shop is! They have fresh beautiful flowers and can make beautiful arrangements with your budget. I highly recommend them. Their service is very personable and very professional.
