i was so happy with my treatment. Now that they are shifting to B2B model and pushing us to buy several aligners, i went ahead and ordered four pairs and spent a lot of money. They are all defective. Can not get a hold of anybody live not even through chat. Sent an email and no response. Terrible business. Shame on them.

Terrible Service outside of the studio, have spent hours trying to get ahold of a live person and they have lowered my credit after coming in for a consultation and signing me up for a loan that put me into collections and have thus spent hours of time trying to correct.

Not the experience they sell you on. The people in the stores are not dental professionals and you never actually talk with the orthodontist.
