Loki was chill and very friendly helped me find the perfect cigar. They didn't have the exact brand I was looking for but he took the time to find something comparable. He was in no rush from start to finish and it was an excellent experience. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good cigar.

Just bought few cans of pipe tobacco for my dad as a Christmas present ?I had to drive 1hr to get here since there aren't many good pipe tobacco stores left in the Bay Area with this many options.Multiple choices of pipe tobaccos and cigars.Resonably priced pipes aswell and the guy is friendly and has knowledge about what he sells.Highly recomended.

Sold me some glass that broke in a day. Thin cheap brittle glass. went to ask him for an exchange or to discount the new piece he said no and he doesn't care about reviews, so I took my money across the street. He said we do not take responsibility for the product even tho we hold it. I wanted to spend more money, but I guess customer service isn't their priority. Happy holidays

Awesome smoke shop on Polk. Good selection of papers, great price. Staff is very accommodating and there is a nice selection of grinders, pipes and all other accessories.
