Amazing people, amazing gear! I love collaborating with California Cowboy, and shopping there too. My High Sierra shirt is my favorite thing in my wardrobe. I think I've worn it almost every day since I got it 2 weeks ago! It really is a cut above the rest.

I placed on order over a week ago. Despite their commitment to ship in 24 hours, my order is still unfulfilled. I have tried contacting them through the “Contact Us” page on their site to no avail. It usually would not be a huge deal, but it is for my partners birthday, and I placed the order with ample time for it to arrive. Was hoping to support a smaller business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication!

WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RECH OUT FOR MONTHS FOR PAYMENT FOR TWO SHIPMENTS THAT WERE DELIVERED TO YOUR FULLFILMENT CENTER IN CANADA AND WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE FOR PAYMENT.WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CALL ASHELY AND CHARLIE AS THEY WERE THE MAIN POINT IN CONTACT WITH NO REPSONSE. WE HAVE ALSO LEFT A COUPLE EMAILS AND MESSAGES REGARDING LEGAL ACTION AND NO REPONSE.IF THE OWNER CAN PLEASE LEAVE ME A GOOD PHONE # TO DISCUSS THIS OR REACH OUT TO ASHELY AND CHARLIE AND LET THEM KNOW TO RESPOND IT WOULD BE GREALTY APPRECIATED.COMPANY OWES US OVER $2000 WITH SHIPMENTS BACK FROM SEPTBEMER 2022.

at this time unfortunaley i will have to say california cowboys is running an unethical business practice. we have been trying to rech out for months for payment for two shipments that were delivered to your fullfilment center in canada and we have not been able to get a hold of anyone for payment. we have attempted to call ashely and charlie as they were the main point in contact with no repsonse. we have also left a couple emails and messages reagrding legal action an no reponse. if the owner can please leave me a good phone # to discuss this or reach out to ashely and charlie and let them know to respond it would be grealty appreciated. company owes us over $2000 with shipments back from septbemer 2022.

Order 1831 was placed in mid November. . Charged my card immediately. . Many emails sent . . Finally got a response almost a week ago saying the same as previous reviews. . . And that issues in distribution were expected to be resolved within a day. . My order still says UNFULFILLED. . Sent more emails today . . NO RESPONSE. . . Keep getting emails from them asking me to COME BACK. . . Fill my original order first!!!! Disappointing customer service for sure. I do understand the difficulties with supply and support but all I see on multiple social media is California Cowboy advertising. . A responsible company should fill current orders . . Be honest with you our customers . . 0/10

I ordered a women’s robe 15 days ago - I haven’t received my order, I can’t get a hold of anyone ( the phone number listed on the website. Transfers you through to a line that then says I’m sorry your call cannot be completed.) no response to email inquiries or live chat. So far I am out 200$ and have no way of contacting anyone. Very frustrated as this was to be a birthday gift for Dec 12.

I have been sending daily request to be contacted regarding missing shirts from my order, and am not getting a reply. The shipping confirmation email said that the shirts may be shipping from separate warehouses. I would just like a reply, and to receive the shirts.

I bought annnnnd loooooved the red Buffalo check plaid high Sierra! I wanted to buy a back up/I've gotten fatter and wanted to buy a bigger size.... but they don't make it anymore!?! I then wanted the Indigo Japanese denim... but my size is always sold out!! Being in Canada probably makes it a lil more difficult, so I'm probably suffering due to location! The one I do have is comfy and stylish! Keeps me warm during those cold soccer practice mornings with my soccer star son too! Also great on a night out when I get a sitter and I can go out on the prowl! RAWR! I hope I can get that denim on me this winter though! Kisses, Soccermom55

I loved this company and have ordered 3 robes from them. The latest one I paid the extra shipping to get it on time to give as a gift, but it has still not shipped, I have not gotten a response from the company after reaching out twice, and I am going to my friends birthday empty handed. Really liked their robes, but doesn't look like I will be shopping with them again....

Looks like I’m not the only one dealing with legendarily bad customer service here.- Ordered shirt for my brother, never heard from the company.- Emailed to check on order- Shirt I ordered was sold out (was anyone going to tell me?)- Ordered replacement shirt- received Shopify link to lm pay price difference from company immediately- paid difference- no email confirmation, no further communication- waited a couple weeks- email company to check on status of order- reply says “I see your order is waiting to be fulfilled, I’ll snooze the ticket and check on fulfillment from time to time”Was anyone going to tell me this? If you have the shirt why didn’t it ship weeks ago? I’m honestly blown away. It shouldn’t be this hard to buy a shirt online in 2022. If you’re having issues with procurement, shipping, staffing, etc. then tell me that. So now I wait for them to ship me a shirt some day maybe. For over $150 I’d expect much better.

After waiting a week for shipping information I finally emailed to find out the status of my order. The same day I get confirmation that my shipping label was printed but not shipped.Called to find out the status of my order and was told that there were delays for other items because of COVID but what I ordered shouldn’t have been delayed. Was offered a reduction on my purchase price due to the delay. I accepted the reduction and thought that would mean my item was actually being shipped. Fast forward another 24 hours and I get a response to my initial email saying that the order has been fulfilled. Fantastic except that they still haven’t bothered to ship it and the tracking still only shows that the label has printed and not shipped.Would definitely not recommend purchasing their products unless you’re willing to wait before they bother to even ship.

Flannel fits perfect and is as warm as a jacket. Thermal layer inside is so comfy. Amazing!
