I’m so confused by the positive reviews here… I came in with my cousin (she’s a June bride, I’m a September bride) and promptly canceled my own appointment. Positives, which is why I’m giving them 2 instead of 0, were that they had some lovely dresses and the stylist was nice. The vibe though…. The dingy tile floor and bad lighting (literally a ring light plugged in)… no champagne, they wouldn’t even give us water! It was not the bridal experience I was expecting AT ALL. And instead of using clips to properly fit dresses they just let the back hang open…. No accessorising with veils… it was disappointing. Go to Jin Wang or marina morrison or Kinsey couture in Walnut Creek, all much better. So sad as I heard this used to be a good place! Also when I called to cancel my appointment the gal answering the phone told me I wasn’t in the system because of a website glitch and that apparently they’ve been having lots of issues with bookings… she didn’t seem to care at all lol it was very weird. Steer clear.

I had an incredible experience at the Bridal Galleria this past Saturday! I visited 4 bridal gown stores that weekend. The Bridal Galleria was #2. Parking was very easy. Out of all the stores, this one had the best lighting and mirror. Haily was my helper. She was very easy to connect with, understood what was important to me and my crew very quickly, and grabbed all the right dresses that were all within the right ballpark. Beyond just clipping me in, she helped me in and out of the dresses, grabbed veils, had me hold a bouquet so I could see the whole picture, and made sure I tried on the sample gown. She really went above and beyond. I almost left with the most stunning Berta gown 50% off. I also specifically requested to try the Alexandra from monique lhuillier. They didn't immediately have it so they made sure to get it for me in time for my visit. They didn't pressure me at all and let me sleep on the decision, reassuring me that I could always email them to secure the dress later. I'm so grateful for this experience and how wonderfully they treated me, my family, and my friends.

Hailey (not sure about spelling) was a great stylist - very helpful, kind and she even made the appointment fun! I got a great deal on a designer 100% silk dress that needs alterations to fit, but she also gave me a rec for a seamstress. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a sample sale dress as a budget friendly option.

I had the pleasure of working with Shonna at Bridal Galleria and she made choosing the most important dress of my life not only easy, but a truly wonderful experience. There was no pressure whatsoever. After only a few minutes of working together, she was able to pull dresses for me that may not have chosen for myself but I absolutely loved and felt beautiful in. If you are on the fence, do no hesitate to visit Bridal Galleria - they have gorgeous, unique gowns from a range of top designers that are so well curated and far from basic. I was very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Shonna - she is far and away the best bridal consultant I've had the pleasure of working with!

I had an amazing experience finding my wedding dress with Shawna at Bridal Galleria for my June 3, 2023 wedding. I feel so lucky it was the very first dress I tried on and Shawna found it for me! I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and she selected something that I probably wouldn’t have chosen because I wasn’t going for strapless. However, she explained to me how I could add sleeves and it totally brought it to life. She was very patient and showed me a few different dresses, but I had my heart set on the first one and it worked out beautifully. I would recommend going wedding dress shopping here to any bride!

Incredible store, we did off the rack. Shonna was so nice and helped us so much in choosing the perfect dress. The discounts, fitting, and design variety were just amazing.

I needed a dress for the courthouse part and didn’t want to wear the wedding dress I was wearing to my wedding and found a amazing dress in the off the rack sample section. They had a lot of variety and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for!

I had a great experience shopping for my dress here. They have a variety of high end designers like Monique Lhuillier and Ines di Santo. My family can be difficult to please and can be very blunt with criticism. Rachel, my dress consultant, handled everything with kindness and grace. She always checked in with me between fitting dresses and advocated for me when I expressed that I would like to try more. We were shopping from out of state and could not do the whole alterations process here, but we had great communication with Grace on when the dress arrived and when we can pick it up. The dress was beautiful and I 100% recommend coming here

Off the Rack (around the corner from Bridal Galleria) was my second bridal gown appointment and my mom, sister and I were warmly greeted by Shonna. Shonna took the time to get to know me, my wedding day, and what I was looking for in a dress. She took note on how I was feeling and gave her expert advice while I tried on dresses. Most importantly, she was very patient. She left such a great impression on my family and I, that we decided to schedule another appointment with her at Bridal Galleria. There, we were able to narrow down and finally find my perfect dress! (After 3 appointments with her!) I’ve been to 3 other bridal shops and because of Shonna and the dresses at the store, the other shops couldn’t compare. I enjoyed every minute of our appointments and am so so happy I found my dress with Shonna and Bridal Galleria. Thanks Shonna!

I must say, planning a wedding as the world shut down was not an easy feat. I tried on around 120+ dresses across 7 different salons around the Bay Area and did not find THE dress until I met Shonna & Grace. They were extremely patient and kind, and fully listened to what I said I envisioned. They helped me find my wedding dress during Berta's trunk show and it wasn't even a dress that I would have given a second look at based on the website. However, it was absolute perfection and when I walked out of the fitting room and saw my parents get emotional, I knew it was the one. It was the only dress I could picture walking down the aisle in so as they say...when you know, you know! ;) Thank you so much to this incredible team for making our wedding so amazing. The veil and headpiece are also from Bridal Galleria. My now husband still compliments me to this day!
