Beautiful high-end boutique with a rich assortment of Italian leather goods, accessories, and clothing. Quiet luxury at its finest! The minimalist store design is inspiring, like artwork in a museum. I had a favorable experience with an associate who offered wonderful customer service, was attentive and helpful, and without presumption or pompous.

Hands down BEST customer service I've ever received. Emma responded very quickly to my inquiry and got me set up with her manager Michael since she wasn't working the day I was coming in. She responded so quickly to my questions and made sure I knew who to ask for. Michael is such a gem he was super patient and showed me the bags I was inquiring about. I purchased the black turn bag but decided the next day I actually liked green better. I was willing to make the hour drive back to SF, but Michael said he could send me a shipping label to do the exchange if that was easier. Michael is so accommodating and understanding when it came to me being indecisive. I highly recommend anyone shopping here to look for Michael and Emma! Michael also left a great impression to my parents who were both with me as well! We would definitely make the hour drive and purchase from them again the next time around.

Listen, ask for Paul and be prepared to have the best service you've ever had with a luxury boutique. My wife and I entered the boutique on a Sunday afternoon (10/2) and was greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor. My wife was looking for a "bum bag" style and Paul went above and beyond and showed us everything they had in their inventory to accommodate my wife's request. Not only every type of style but every color! The patience Paul exuded while we made our decision was beyond our expectations. We ultimately walked away with a Cassette Belt Bag and my wife couldn't be happier. If you shop at Bottega you know you're getting high quality leather and not that cheap canvas "leather"at other boutiques (cough...LV). Step away from the norm and indulge in quality material and shop at Bottega and have Paul show you the shopping experience you deserve while spending your hard earned money - thanks, Paul! Love!

Really great customer experience when I check out the bottega boutique a few weeks ago. The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable about the house and products. I got to try on a lot of the pieces and get a feel for how they wore. One of the best things about Bottega is that you can take in your Bottega bag to get serviced like if it needs a cleaning or the hardware needs a touching up, it's an extra cost but that's always good to know in case something happens. Those are the kind of things that make me appreciate their luxury products.

Worst customer service, they don't accept returns on faulty items, even after having the bag for 5 days! I recently purchased a bag from bottega veneta and I wore the bag out twice and I noticed the color was wearing off the leather so I went back to the store to return it after 5 days of having it and they said they cannot give me a refund or exchange, they have to send the bag to Hong Kong to be assessed by their team and will let me know the outcome. And so I waited a month for the whole process, I checked in a few times to see if they heard anything, the manager did not want to talk to me, the sales associate that sold me the bag was the person who dealt with the entire refund which I found odd, and after asking if they heard anything, he told me that the bag was sent to Italy for "further assessment" Then they got back to me a week later saying it was not a quality issue, therefore they can only give me store credit. Then I went into the store to see if I wanted to exchange for anything, and this gold pouch I was interested was also damaged underneath- The gold foil was coming off and you could see the beige leather underneath! I asked why that was happening on a brand new item and he said it's because it's old and sent from another store I sussed out my options and decided I really wanted a refund. They refuse to give me a refund so I called the customer care on the bottega website and I told them the story, and their responses was also "I'm sorry for this experience but we cannot refund you, only store credit" Is this normal for luxury stores to do this to their customers? The month previously I spent $12,000 on 2 bags. Which the bags are starting to wear off even having them for 3 months. I don't understand why they are making it so difficult to get a refund? They are SO stingy! I'm SO disappointed and upset. I've had amazing experiences with Louis Vuitton. WAY more professional and they actually service their customers. They keep repeating to me all they care about is what's best for the client, but they refuse to give me a refund on an item I had for only 5 days?! When their policy is 14 days! Never shopping here again. The entire experience is a waste of time and complete joke!

If you need to get your luxury on but without logos plastered on everything then this is the place to shop. Victoria was very sweet and attentive. The staff are pleasant as well. I did not feel intimidated even though it was my first visit. I felt very welcome here and it was fun. Highly recommend and will be back.
