I’m very disappointed and didn’t have a great shopping experience here at the Boss Store at Westfield San Francisco Center and I truly felt like I didn’t belong there anymore as a customer. I even wanted to seek a job opportunity there on a full time basis and I felt discriminated against and was lied to by Assistant Manager Omar. Like if you didn’t wanna hire me because I’m black tell me so but don’t be dishonest with me about your store positions being filled.

The store appears quite disorganized, especially when they're restocking new items. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager regarding return policies was less than satisfactory. Their demeanor came across as rude and presumptive. This attitude towards customers is concerning and aligns with similar feedback from other reviewers. Improved customer service training for the staff would greatly benefit the overall experience.

Service is excellent, plus they have a tailor on staff who can make alterations within 30 mins. Selection is not massive but it's a small store, whatever they do have is top notch.

Judging a book by it’s cover.Discrimination left & rightRude with no interest of closing a sale.Worst Customer service ever experienced by a “top notch” store.Some adequacy & manners is what y’all need to be taught. Next time you judge someone check yourself in the mirror first.

Questionable quality and non existent customer service. Spent $300 on a jacket and a button fell off. Brought it back to see if they could fix it or exchange it and they said there’s nothing they can do to help. Will not be shopping here again after this experience.

My husband is a regular here. At first I think the price is a bit high but you get what you pay for, right?? I love how Boss suit looks good on him. The materials are nice, the color , the shape...and especially the service! People who work here are nice and friendly.

I was about to buy a T-shirt when I found that the employees had swapped the price tag from two-digit price to 118. I'm going to search for it and buy it online or from other outlet.

Definitely more than 5 star service! My husband and I loved to shop at Hugo Boss when we lived in SF, working with Terry and Omar. We had an occasion where we had shopped at Hugo Boss in London and had some issues when we returned - they handled all of them for us. We moved a couple of years ago to the Wine Country and so no longer drop in at their SF store; however, they have been MORE than helpful when contacted about finding an item - they scour the country to assist (thank you Terry, Omar, and Jesus). An incredible team that, in my opinion, sets a standard for professionalism and customer service.

One of the employees, Jesus, was a big help. I was in desperate need of tuxedo shoes and he reserved them for me while I drove 150 miles from Sacramento. Once I arrived he not only helped me with my shoes, but gave me advice for matching attire and even called another store to check on an item for me. Could not be happier with my visit and extremely happy with my shoes (and shirt which I did not originally plan to buy).

I needed a new suit and a few shirts and my sales associate Terry Zheng did a fantastic job. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly professional, making my experience excellent.

Omar at the BOSS Store Westfield Mall location is awsme and the best Hugo Boss Associate ever. He knows how to treat his clients and knows what will fit/look good on them. 5 stars for the amazing experience.

Hugo Boss has always been great, but I am leaving this review mainly for the customer service at this store. All the staff esp Omar were very helpful and he took a lot of time to bring us different options, helping us with the tailoring while also bringing us espresso and whiskey. Stellar customer service and I will definitely visit this store again when I am back in SF!
