I was in search of a new mobile cell service provider as my current one was not satisfactory. I decided on Boost Mobile as they seemd to have the better deal at the time. I purchased the 3 month for $15. After entering my cell phone information to see if it would work on their plan, my phone was approved. So I purchased the plan. After spending 2 days with it, I contacted a Boost Mobile customer service person about it only for them to tell me that my cell phone will not sork. They cannot provide me with a refund on my SIM purchase and neither will the store I purchased it from. So now I'm out of $15. It's not that much money but I'm not happy that they say my phone will work, then after buying the SIM card, it will not.

I ordered phone and unlimited service online and saw no option to update my shipping address to ensure I receive the phone. I called maybe 10 minutes later and was on hold forever. They finally picked up and transferred me to 4 different people who said they could assist. The last person said they could not update the shipping address so I asked to speak to a supervisor who didnt help. Just confirmed. An order placed 10 minutes ago cannot be revised? Doesnt make sense. I decided to cancel the transaction and was told that couldnt happen and that I can return the phone once I get it. Upon receipt it took another 10 days to get my RA# to return it. I had to pay $18 shipping to return it and confirmed receipt to BM on Dec 8th. A rep confirmed receipt as well. Emailed several times as hold times are ridiculous. As of this date 12/23, no refund to my card. I called and was hung up on twice. Once I reached a rep she asked me the same questions over and over again. Answers they should already have and said a "refund ticket" was never created. It took another 35 minutes on the phone while she did that. I would recommend BM to noone, not my worst enemy! Top that off she said allow 7 days for refund to post. I think they were hoping I would forget about it.

I've contacted Boost Mobile today requesting to speak to a manager due to getting an extension or getting help on how I can pay my bill this month due to me being short financially until this Wednesday, I was told no manager us available this morning, and I also was told they can't help me. I have been a boost mobile customer for about 6 to 7 years and always pay my bills on time or before time. But it's ok, Not to mention I signed up for Unlimited service for text, phone and Data and my data has been changed by boost without my permission or consent. I've always paid for my Unlimited services and of course no answer why my plan was changed. I added a pic of my plan what it is and what it was changed to

Bought an Iphone and insurance, my phone broke and I tried to get it replaced, surprisingly buying the phone cash was cheaper than Filing a insurance Claim. I complained to the manager, he laughed on my face and I stepped out of there , STRAIGHT TO METROPCS. They Got me a New phone for free and my Business. Thanks but NOT THANKS TO BOOST CHEAP MOBIL.
