I have used Sam’s services on multiple occasions from water damage to Macbooks to various screen replacements / battery replacements. - for batteries he only uses OEM products, unlike other shops. His prices are very reasonable and his work is impeccable I strongly recommend his work

I unfortunately feel the need to update my review. I got my screen fixed here one month ago and was told that I'd have a 60 day warranty for any technical problems that were by no cause of my own, fair enough. Well, one month after the repair I noticed my phone starting to ghost touch (phone automatically pressing buttons on the phone without any touch of my finger). It became so bad that my phone was unable to be used at certain periods of time because the ghost touch would override my own attempt to touch. I viewed that as a safety hazard in an emergency and also just a huge inconvenience. I thought this would be an easy fix being that I was covered under warranty and it was obviously a screen issue. WRONG. When I showed up I was told that I needed to show proof that my screen was ghost touching. I waited around for 30 minutes to see if my phone would start acting up again, just so I could prove that I'm not lying about this. Well, my phone never did start glitching while I waited so I was told I'd need to go home and when the device acted up again, record what was happening on another device so I could prove that this in fact was an issue. Mind blown! Why wasn't I being taken care of as a customer who was under warranty and clearly had an issue that was by no fault of my own? The business owner was more concerned about getting credit for the faulty screen than satisfying a paying customer. I ended up upgrading my phone with my carrier and should any phone repair needs come about, I will NOT be returning here.

Convenient location, I went on a Friday when the shop opened at 10am. I needed my iphone screen replaced. I was offered two options and 30-40 min turnaround time. Option to pay cash or 4% extra for credit card. I went to ATM and my phone looked brand new when I returned! Amazing service, highly recommend!

Sam is so kind and does great work. He replace my cracked screen last fall for a great price. The screen popped off last week and he fixed it for free and he did it so quickly! Thank you Sam for such great service!

So... I violated one of life's basic rules. Never set anything on your vehicle even if for just a moment. Overlooking this rule resulted in my cell phone becoming roadkill when it fell off my vehicle while cruising down the El Camino. I thought it was a lost cause, but I got a spark of hope when I called in to Bonjour on the off chance it was repairable. Sam was very pleasant when I called and I felt confident enough after speaking with him to make the drive over to his location on Irving Street. Long story short... he had the parts that were needed in stock and promptly repaired my phone to "like new" condition after I approved his estimate. The price was more than fair and the level of service was impeccable. This will be my go to spot from now on and I highly recommend Bonjour for your electronic repair needs.

I needed a replacement for my iPhone 6 battery. I called Bonjour and they said they could do it. Wow, what a relief, nobody else wants to touch these things, apparently. Came in, got it done efficiently and also showed me in the OS settings the before and after — indicating that the repair had been effective. Cordial, professional, and I could tell the guy knew what he was doing. I've been a software engineer for decades so I had a sense of his experience and grasp of the situation.
Side note: Apparently there has been some review bombing of this shop. Owner said he's been there for 10 years and it looks like it, so the 67 or so reviews I'm seeing on Google are inaccurate; the vast majority of the reviews have been deleted. This is not the case with the Yelp reviews which show the full story.

Found Sam at Bonjour Repair on Google and couldn’t be happier I did. His is the only shop I called that could do a micro-soldering repair for my damaged car key fob buttons- $30 each to repair what would have cost me $200+ to replace at the dealers! Sam does excellent work and quick, kind and professional. I will be bringing him all my small electronics in the future!
Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very honest and charges reasonable prices. Used good parts and you won't have to keep coming back over and over. Best iPhone repair shop I've been to in the last ten years both in San Francisco and the peninsula.

I've broken my iPad screen twice (at least this iPad). Because I use it constantly for work and needed it repaired immediately, I hired two different businesses to come to my home and repair it on-site. The first business repaired it, but ever after the screen was sluggish and unresponsive. They also reinstalled the iPad button in a way that made its haptics wonky. The second business repaired it, but the haptics for the left side of the screen slowed down and then stopped working completely. So I finally brought it to Bonjour (as my wife had told me I should do from the start). It took a day, but the result was an iPad whose haptics were finally restored to what they should have been all along. Two lessons here: 1) The repair businesses that do the repairs in their van at your own home or business don't have the capability to do a thorough, successful repair. 2) Listen to your wife.

Reliable, honest repair shop. Even if you live outside SF it’s worth coming here especially if you have a potentially expensive repair job. A+++ service!
