Beware: my blazer came back over-processed with yellow discoloration, essentially ruined. The owners did not even inform me about the damage and I didn’t notice until I was wearing the blazer while at work. Totally UNSAT! Unawares I paid the $17 dry cleaning bill. ?

Really impressed with this dry cleaning. I needed to get my Ted Baker dress dry cleaned, since I unfortunately stained ice cream on it (ughs!). The regular place I take it to, A-track Cleaners, said they could NOT dry clean it, saying it was a complicated task, as my dress was pleated, and that it could ruin their dry cleaning machine. Very disappointing. Anyway, Bluebird Cleaners is also in my vicinity, and they took it no problem, although did give me the disclosure that the stain may not be able to be removed, and that the pleated part of my dress may be ruined too, but the chance was unlikely since the brand Ted Baker was a good one. Bluebird was willing to do the job, $28, which I thought was well worth the price since I love my dress! The turnaround time was 7 days.Within one week, I returned, and the lady remembered my name when I arrived! Wow. And the best part, my dress was stain free, and also still had my beautiful pleat. I am very thankful for their wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend this place. They also take Apple Pay, which was quite handy on my walk with my dog.

Went here to get a bridesmaids dress shortened for a wedding. Unfortunately when they were done it was noticeably longer on one side. Wouldn't recommend going here for tailoring .

Some items are dry cleaned for reasonb charge. Do good job.. Price for laundering Men's shirts, though, bit too high. For them, go to Soapbox Cleaners in SFrancisco on Geary Blvd.

Blue bird is NOT a 2 hour dry cleaner although it’s advertised as a 2hour laundry and dry cleaning shop ….. false advertising

Needed to get some pants hemmed for an event in a few days and they were able to accommodate for a next day alteration service. Price wasn't too bad and they did a great job. Will definitely come here again.

Where did I go in a pinch?A place that served me well... actually very well for over thirty years! My friends who live in the neighborhood introduced this business to me. I also coincidentally used to work in that area in my suit wearing work years. I would sometimes bring my collared shirts to be cleaned there or jackets that required dry cleaning. In the past few years, I've brought my mom's old jackets and bed comforters to clean. Back to the now, I recently had a major 'oops'. I tried my work neighborhood cleaner but they could not clean my special stain. I came here while on an errand and spoke with the lady co-owner. She examined my problem and could not guarantee being able to clean it, asking me to return in a week. Having a bunch of errands that day, I forgot to pick up my shirt until the following week. Upon getting my shirt, the lady co-owner told me that her husband spent several hours to remove my difficult stain. Big thanks to the husband and wife owners for appreciating my joy in wearing this shirt especially with the Orange and Black doing so well this season. This is just the more reason to support local minority owned businesses.

Had a long bridesmaid dress needing alterations. I was bad and delayed getting it altered until a week before the wedding. Plus I was going to be out of town during the weekdays when their alterations specialist was going to be in.They told me if I could come in Thursday and get measured, they could have it ready for me by Friday! What a ridiculous turnaround. They also worked with me on how I could get it altered for cheaper (cutting instead of sewing some of the unseen inner layers). This is why I LOVE inner Richmond family owned businesses!

They said they would call me when my tuxedo was ready to be picked up. They never called or told me they are closed Sundays causing me to miss my event.
