He installed a Swytch ebike conversion kit (a great product btw but in this case it involved much troubleshooting and coordinating with their London based Company.... through email only....often) on my Brompton folding bike. Jeremy studied the installation manual from cover to cover. He has a strong background in bicycle bionics which lent itself to his comprehension of the Swytch system; yet without a diagnostic system to pinpoint the problem issue (as with bionics), Jeremy relied on his acute tenacity, patience and excellent logic to solve the problem. He is the genius who succeeded in converting my manual bike into a zippy, extra thrilling ebike! I strongly recommend Jeremy and Big Swingin' Cycles for both service and sales. If you want an a Swytch ebike kit installation, look no further. I'll return to Big Swingin' Cycles and will continue to deservedly share this massive success story.
