“Jeremy is a genius and highly skilled technician and here's why! He installed a Swytch ebike conversion kit (a great product btw but in this case it involved much troubleshooting and coordinating with their London based Company.... through email only....often) on my Brompton folding bike. Jeremy studied the installation manual from cover to cover. He has a strong background in bicycle bionics which lent itself to his comprehension of the Swytch system; yet without a diagnostic system to pinpoint the problem issue (as with bionics), Jeremy relied on his acute tenacity, patience and excellent logic to solve the problem. He is the genius who succeeded in converting my manual bike into a zippy, extra thrilling ebike! I strongly recommend Jeremy and Big Swingin' Cycles for both service and sales. If you want an a Swytch ebike kit installation, look no further. I'll return to Big Swingin' Cycles and will continue to deservedly share this massive success story. “Kash and his team are super helpful. It is increasingly rare these days to find a bike shop with a "can do" spirit, especially in the Bay Area. These guys are creative and helpful. If they can't do it themselves, they know how to get it done. Recently I was in trouble because I couldn't find a critical part I needed for a bike tour. “This place is amazing. I have a 1985 Peugeot road bike that needed some love and these guys brought it back to life at lightning speed at a reasonable price. Refreshingly nice and helpful staff that you can tell love everything about bikes.
Days after they fixed mine up I then proceeded to break my derailleur clean off— they were able to fix it in about an hour flat on a Saturday, again at a reasonable price. This is now my go-to place— world class service and professionalism hard to find nowadays.”

Plus, they offer a variety of accessories and can help set the bike up for you out the door.”

“The guys did it again! They got me out of trouble and fixed a tricky issue. E-Bikes can be finicky, especially the cheaper ones. I’ve had issues with my Rad Wagon 4 and have also been trying to upgrade it over time and Freewheel has always come through when I got in over my head. They’re no-nonsense and very honest and dependable. I’m lucky to have them as my local bike shop.”

To ensure that we were positive on the bike we wanted, he had me test out another brand but in the same category of bike. I think i spent about 3 hrs in the store and it was good fun.
