This Best Buy has a nice atmosphere, easy parking, and great doors. I bought a Mac Mini here. Initially, I had to look around for help, but once I found a staff, they were efficient and helpful.

They will tell you whatever they can to get you in the store. I made an appointment for a screen repair on the phone. I told them the brand, and they said they could service it. When I arrived, an employee told me they stopped that service 2 weeks prior. They could have told me that when I made the appointment.

I experienced the worst customer service in my life at this Best Buy. They sold me a defective TV that didn’t power on. I brought it in to be exchanged and they told me that I was outside the exchange window and they wouldn’t replace the obviously broken product. And this is after I purchased a 2 year support plan. The manager, Sherrie Navarro, seemed particularly unhelpful in providing any sort of resolution or help with the problem. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this Best Buy anytime soon. They sell broken products and don’t do right by their customers.

I ordered dishwasher with them, spent a bunch of time chatting with their rep to get early delivery within a week. Got it all squared away. Three hours later, I got an email that they had to reschedule a month from now. I spend another bunch of time, asked for supervisor, got Jim C. Jim was just trying to get rid of me: first he said that they I should go check the local stores myself if they have the inventory. Then, he offered to transfer me to their sales specialist. Terrible customer service. I have the transcript of all the chats to prove it.

Best Buy is becoming a place that seems unprepared. I went thwre to have the geek squad help me with my new computer that was giving me problems. The kid that came to aid me had no idea what he was doing, he wanted to try different things and kept going off toget some help from someone else...I decided to get out of there before he did some thing that i ciuldnt ubdo. He tried. I then went to the drone dept to get a battery for my drone, guess what they didnt have any. They will sell you a drone but no spare batteries to be had...next i went to the computer dept where a guy was inefectively trying to demonstrate a new Ai feature on the latest and greatest...again sad. Finally a customer gave an endorsement on a pair of bone conduction blue tooth headphones. I found someone to open display and he rang up the sale after i refused added insurance he acted as if i was wasting his time. By the way the headphones seem to be pretty nice. I feel that service and expertise was lacking. I was quite disapointed with the experience...
