Top notch. High end bikes, Ari knows his craft, make an appointment. Just a solo builder, don’t expect same day service to fix a flat, not that kind of shop. Thanks for the fork install and tips!

Excellent bike fit service.I came to Bespoke for my first ever bike fit. I’m new to cycling and was having some knee pain. I cannot compare this to any other fitting service, however I really appreciated the one on one service. It seems like they do maybe one client a day, so you will likely be the only person in the room, getting focused and personalized service.

Despite paying full price for a fit, Bespoke never completed it. I needed a narrower handlebar with a shorter reach but the owner was not able to source one even after waiting for 10 months and multiple reminders. Bespoke told me that my larger handlebar was more stable in descents but this tradeoff was not an acceptable solution given how far off the sizing was. The reach on my stock handlebar was 2 cm too long and the width of the bar was 4 cm wider than what I should be riding. I ended up with pain in my hands and shoulders. I was also unable to reach the brake levers in the drops - very dangerous during descents. I went to another fitter and they were able to source a suitable carbon handlebar right away. Hand and shoulder pain have disappeared since riding with the new set up.

I have had two bikes from Bespoke Cycling and can only give rave reviews for the ordering, fitting and then follow-up maintenance. Absolute quality in every area of service!Specifically Ari is straight forward and efficient! I would never change the bike or the service!!

Brought my wheels here to support the local small biz bike shop to have my wheels trued and dished to bike spec. Told me he would get them done in a few days. Every time I called to check status his vm was full and couldn't leave message. It took 2weeks to finally pick them up and the wheels were trued. Took them home and the wheels did not fit cuz they were not dished properly as I requested. On top of that he installed my tubeless tires after I told him not to cuz I was going to replace them since they were worn out. He needs to improve his customer service and clear out his vm. And no invoice or service report of work performed was given to me.

The best bike mechanic in SF/Nor Cal! Needed to upgrade some parts on my Colnago and Ari was very knowledgeable and provided explanations for what was needed and what was not. He was able to order parts quickly and installed…fine tuned my Campagnolo groupset too. Runs flawlessly and he really is the King of Campagnolo in Northern California! Excellent customer service and genuinely a really nice guy with amazing attention to detail.

Ari is the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Picked my bike back up after a service and it rides better than it did when it was new!

I had a flat in the area so I googled for a mechanic and this shop came up as open And with “In store shopping” and “quick visit” options. I walked over and I found that they were only accepting by appointment. I encourage people to call before showing and the shop to adjust those store hours because they feel misleading

If I could give 10 stars, I would....In advance of doing the Aids/Liefcycle ride from SF to LA, I booked a bike fitting with Ari @ Bespoke. I had recently got back into cycling and bought a new bike. He evaluated everything from my shoes to my posture and related my cycling performance and positioning to swimming (my go-to exercise). He refit my bike, added a saddle and adjusted my cleats.I was more comfortable in my bike over 7 days and 545 miles than I had previously been in 50-70 mile rides. Shoulder pain, stiffness, back ache, all gone. I can't recommend Ari strongly enough-he worked miracles in making adjustments that definitely improved my comfort and performance.

This guy ripped me off charging $42.50 for replacing a tubeless tire (I brought my own sealant and a replacement tire). This is well above the market value for the job. The guy says it took him 30 minutes to do the job. He is either a bad mechanic or a liar, i.e. not an honest mechanic. The job should take no more than 5 minutes in a shop. Just watch any GCN video on how to do it. NOT AN HONEST MECHANIC in my experience. It's not how cyclists should treat fellow cyclists

Shop owner appears to be very knowledgeable and is friendly, but lacks customer service. I waited many weeks to get an appointment to try on a pair of Lake shoes (as he is an auth'd retailer in SF and has them in stock), and when I was finally able to get in, we discussed the plan to order inserts to help with some discomfort I have been having with my feet. We agreed on a course of action and owner assured me he would order the inserts needed and I should call him back the next week to come in, get shoes, inserts put in, etc. Left super-excited. Fast forward: I followed the owner's instructions and called the next week - no response. I emailed him a few days later - still no response. It has been about 5 weeks since and I have yet to receive a response and don't suspect I ever will. Fortunately the owner didn't take a pre-payment but it would have been nice to finalize an endeavor that started about 3 months ago. C'est la vie, but we forewarned that you might come away feeling less than satisfied. If you aren't - that's great! Hope the customer service aspects can be improved upon.

I came to get a replacement 700 series bike tube for my bike and the guy wouldn't sell me one because he said I didn't know what I was talking about when I told him the type of tube I needed was the one he had he still wouldn't sell it to me. This guy is a knob

Great and honest service! If you need your bike worked on, this is the place. The supply chain has been disrupted due to COVID, but the mechanics are honest and forthright and let you know if there will be any issue in getting parts as opposed to up-charging you.

This used to be a very nice bike shop. I previously lived two doors down from here and would bring my commuter bike in occasionally for repairs. The mechanic there was always very nice and would even occasionally do some quick fixes for free. However I came back the other day with a bike I needed some help with. Place is not the same as it was. The owner has the place all shuttered up. You’re supposed to knock on the door and the vibe of all the instruction notes give off a general sense of crankiness. Owner would not take a look at the bike or help at all and suggested I try someplace else. It was a pretty simple fix (derailleur adjustment), would have taken 15 min max. He seemed bothered that I had even come to his shop. Not friendly at all.
