Less to do with the actual store than the delivery driver who saw me putting my baby into the car in front and still blocked us in. Stuck in the car for 15 minutes with a crying baby, would you be happy? I was in there picking paint but I'm sure as hell not giving any money to them now. Edit to say that I only was able to leave cuz the cars behind me backed up to the corner to get out too. Driver told me 3 pallets but he was on number 5 when I got out.

We always use Benjamin Moore paints and have relied on their color specialists to assist us for over 40 years. Our experience at this location was beyond disappointing. The color specialist, Lynn, was rude and dismissive. Instead of repeating the whole experience in this review, I can sum it with this: when I said, I have 1 more question, she replied," I gave you 2 colors, that's it, we're done." Shocked, we immediately left the store. We had only been in the store about 15 minutes so we did not over stay. I recommend finding a color specialist who likes their job and knows how to treat customers.

Ask for Nick Waters he is the best paint consultant in San Francisco. He was an excellent resource in helping me figure out this crazy Pottery Barn paint color.

Mike was a pleasure to work with! We hired them after discovering that our previous drywall contractor would be unable to complete the job by the end of the summer. Due to water damage, we needed to re-drywall a garage. That is, the ceiling + insulation. Very professional and prompt service. I'd use it again.

The 5 stars is for the color consultant, Lynne. She helped me in 2018 and again this past weekend. Give her details and she asks clarifying questions, too. Lynne made suggestions in a snap. I love the colors I chose both times. Lynne is there Saturday and Sunday only. I appreciate this Benjamin Moore location for having a color consultant. The right person is there to help. The staff behind the counter has been hit or miss, though.

I needed another can of Aura white paint for my interior doors. Miles is so helpful there. I called in the paint with the code that was on my can. Miles had it mixed and ready for pickup by the time our painter got there. It was such an easy and helpful process. Thanks Miles, you're the best!

This store has free color consultant available and it's a great service. I emailed Lynn the pictures of our condo furniture/wood floor and what kind natural light we get from the windows. Lynn came back with her paint color recommendation right away and we were very pleased with the color selection too. Lynn even answered my text questions on Sunday, I'm really impressed with the free color consultant service we received from Lynn. Great job!

scumbag alert!! all i needed was a quart of high gloss, colored paint. the guy comes back w a mixed quart of outdoor paint of about $30.00; already mixed. i said that's a lot for that small can! he said the higher the gloss, the higher cost. newsflash!!; my goofy diy indoor project does not need outdoor paint. hey scumbag - i did not ask for outdoor paint, and i didn't need it. stop being a scumbag, all i needed was indoor water based paint and you know it you super douche!! It is MORE THAN UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT TELL THE CUSTOMER OF SUCH A COST BEFORE MIXING, AND VARIETY AVAILABLE!! good luck SCUMBAG!!

The staff here is wonderful. When I said I wanted to paint my house purple, they helped find exact the right shades for the building and accent trim (kalamata, super nova doors and cedar key trim). I love how it turned out!
