Guy who works there is super rude. Customer ahead of me was asking a simple question and he got annoyed said to him “you listen to me”. He then rolled his eyes at me when I asked for 32 fl oz of paint instead of one quart. If you don’t like dealing with people, then customer service probably isn’t the career for you. The folks over at Sherwin Williams on Sloat are wonderful, go there instead.

Really crazy worker right there, I’m in the line waited about 45 minutes. I asked him before I got in the line. He told me wait for 20 minutes, and when he done his work, he told he can not help me, because he needs to help others, and then the store will be closed. Why you can not tell me before I get in the line. He wasted my time. It’s ok???? Crazy!!! He said only himself working right there, he needs to ask his boss for add more worker to the store, not fitting with buyers. But it’s good, I won’t go there anymore. This is crazy!!!!!!!!!

This place is an amazing resource due to the expertise of Matt and Yutong. Matt is always on hand, and I was surprised to learn he works six days/week. Surely the management at Creative Paint can take better care of this valuable employee and expert advisor to us all.

I this this is a gem in the Parkside. Whenever I go in there they are always helpful & will go the extra yard. Today, I went in there for a more advanced type primer. Not only was I directed to the primer area but found a primer that I wouldn't have considered. While I was talking to the gentleman, he took the can & stuck it in the machine to mix up better while we kept talking. Pretty much have everything..good shop.

The owner/guy managing the store could benefit from a training on how to treat customers. He was rude and condescending. I went to the store with my 8 year old and he too picked up on how badly this man behaved. I went in to get two paint tubs shaken up and purchase new paint. He was puzzled at my elementary knowledge of paint. Ummm I am not Benjamin Moore. Treat your customers with respect and try smiling a little while serving customers. Horrible service!

Lots of Asian products all in one location. But narrow aisles, could use better and regular cleaning. Really inexpensive produce, but it gets picked over and handled a lot. Butcher counter inside with seafood offeering a little odorous. I'd prefer a Ranch 99 setup Overstuffed shelves look junky.

I very much appreciated the hours of opening at 0700, so you could get your paint before the work day started. The store was large, with all the painting options that you needed. The price was a little more compared to chains, but I think it is important to support your local businesses.The customer service was fantastic, and if I need more paint or supplies I will certainly go back there.

I need chalk paint to paint some old furniture I bought. I called this location and they told me they have chalk paint. I walked about a mile on a hot day from my house to the store and the guy working there told me that he was mistaken on the phone and that they don’t actually have chalk paint, so I walked a mile back to my house. It’s understandable that they have a limited selection since the location is small, but I am upset that they wasted my time because the guy working there is inept.
