I can't believe Benjamin Moore made exactly the same paint as Kelly Moore. I just show the lady the photo and she mix the paint for me. And even better I found a painter there for me. And after we test the paint Benjamin Moore made, the painter said " yeah, this is the right color." Amazing, isn't it ?
Tell you what, the first store I tried to made the same paint was S-W also on Ocean Ave, the guy look at my photo said he can't do it without seeing my actual wall.
So I feel super lucky I tried again in Benjamin Moore, and you know Kelly Moore closed their business forever in Jan, 2024 right ?

More costly compared to Lowe's, but service is well worth the difference. If you can't find parking space they will take paint to your car. Selection is what is expected from Benjamin Moore.

This guy is super friendly and he knows his paint. We have purchased lots of paint and paint supplies here. He is good at helping people get what they're looking for and helping people understand what is what in the paint world. We will soon be back for more.

This guy refused to shake a can of paint I brought in claiming that "only a newbie would do that because no professional would ever risk it. 90% of all cans leak." He did offer me a stir stick and opener but he still lost my business forever for my house and my rentals paint needs.1) He would have a solid point if my can was old and dented. His comment was a matter of policy though as he didn't even want to inspect my can2) However, the "professionals" down the street had a chuckle when they happily shook my can. They had no problems with the idea of paint. They thought the professional part was extra funny. Was in and out within 2 minutes at the other shop so it wasn't like I was putting them out.3) if 90% of all paint cans leaked, the paint can industry has a serious problem.

I was told at the last minute by my contractor that we needed to pick up paint for our project. I happened to be out running errands, and this store was on my way home. We had picked out Benjamin Moore paint for our project, so it was just a matter of going in, telling them the color and type of paint we wanted, and bringing it home. The person who helped me was so nice and helpful. I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Super easy and convenient. I will definitely be back for our next project!

I was not treated nicely as a client when I walked into the store. I asked a few questions and the guy who worked there was not patient. No customer service at all. The reason I gave three star was because the quality of the paints.
