Placed an order two weeks ago during a sale. Got an order confirmation email. Thought I was good to go. Guess not.After following up for few days, I learned they canceled my order (thought it was fraud) and never let the customer know. They do that despite having put previous orders on the same email address and credit card before.

Disappointing customer service. I was a fan of certain products, but I will no longer be a customer. I placed an online order and waited weeks for it to arrive. I then find out their system screwed up my address. Customer service gave me a blanket statement, would not fix the order and resend it, and said they would eventually refund my money and if not to contact them again. As a business owner myself, I would be working with customers to fix mistakes especially those made on the business side. Benefit Cosmetics did not even try. I won't be returning.

Worst customer service. And the website crashes too much while placing an order. Definitely going to buy from a retail store than ordering directly from the website and having to deal with them on the phone for an hour.

Do not buy from this company. Horrible customer service. They do not answer their phones. My wife has been waiting for her order for three weeks and has been unable to contact company to cancel. They should not be allowed to be in business. A complaint will be filed with the BBB.

I had the worst experience with Benefits Cosmetics online returns. Please be aware that if you misplaced you tracking number when returning something by mail for a refund you will never get your money back. I had been calling this company for 2 months and they can’t find my box in the warehouse and since i lost my post office receipt there is nothing they will do about it. Benefit takes more than 3 weeks to process your refund and Post office will not be able to provide a receipt reprint after 30 days of the transaction date so it will be to late to get help from the post office. By phone Customer service is the worst. They don’t do anything other than ask you for tracking number and cut you off the phone when you tell them you’re been scam and asked them for an explanation as of how they can’t find a box in their warehouse. Please buy your products from other cosmetic companies that will provide you with excellent customer service as well as a warranty of money back if the product does not work for you.

If you have friends that wear this make up, they're friends with Benefit. Benefit have some really awesome products - especially the pore-minimizing primer which makes my Barbie look really good. She swears by it. Actually she just swears a lot in general but especially when she's wearing something by Benefit. The brow products are also really good and they make you get those Instagram type eyebrows. If you think it's out of your price range, just do a Cost Benefit analysis. Barbie would like to show off the benefit of using benefit. They're pretty good. They have excellent eyebrow products, some of the best. When my Barbie puts them on she looks spectacular but then my girl pretty much looks spectacular in everything doesn't she? Definitely one of the brands we buy most often from Ulta.
