We were in need of a kitchen and bathroom remodel. After getting several bids, we contacted Bay Metro. I knew once speaking to them and discussing the project, they were the ones for the job. They know what they’re doing, and they don’t take shortcuts. Our water heater exploded and damaged pretty much the entire house - the garage, kitchen, entryway closet, floors, part of the living room and stairs. Bay Metro Corporation seamlessly and successfully completed this huge project.The entire team was professional and respectful of our home. They are all hard working individuals and detail oriented. Manny communicated effectively and was transparent about the entire process. Val frequently stopped by to check the progress and quality of the work. The place looks absolutely amazing and its all thanks to Bay Metro Corporation! Highly recommend!

We hired Bay Metro Corporation to help fix up the downstairs of our home after some damage occurred. Manny was extremely communicative about the details; he and his team were all very professional, and most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. Wall repair, new floors, painting, and a number of small details along the way. They also installed a special door so we could use the area beneath the stairs as storage. They worked very well in communicating with the insurance company. We would absolutely recommend Bay Metro Corporation to anyone looking for work on their home. Love my bathroom!!!! Thank you Manny, Val, and Hugo. You guys were so great! Always returning calls right away. Amazing communication. Getting the work done ahead of schedule was an added bonus. I will for sure be using Bay Metro for my future kitchen remodel!

Manny and Valero were fantastic to work with. A fire destroyed my apartment and they had to do a gut job under two great constraints: insurance and covid restrictions. They did a fantastic job. Communication was fluid, fast, and clear. I thought this sort of yearlong project would be overwhelming but it wasn't. If I had questions, Manny or Val answered promptly and always to my satisfaction. The quality of the work is excellent. When issues arose (and they always do, no matter how well you plan), they worked out a solution. Above all else, I appreciate their honesty and patience. I always felt they had my best interests at heart. They were always on my side regarding our dealings with the insurance company. Billing is also crystal clear, a fact you will appreciate when we are discussing thousands of dollars. There are no unpleasant surprises. I recommend Bay Metro unequivocally. They do excellent work, have incredible customer service; and are good, honest, hardworking people. Customer satisfaction is their top concern.
