Absolutely stunning dresses! I dropped in for a floor length dress for a black tie event and ended up with several beautiful outfits. They were so helpful with suggestions!

I absolutely LOVE this shop! Such cute clothes, amazing styles, and it's not too expensive! I highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting the burbank mall! They have clothes for a night out on the town and for casual occasions.

Gorgeous store gorgeous clothes! Walking in the staff was very friendly (without being pushy) and the store was very clean and organized. I easily found items for every occasion. The quality is amazing and so much to choose from, you will easily find what you are looking for. Shop local this season!

This store is on the smaller side, however, it's filled with loads of great pieces, which makes for a much more efficient shopping experience! I typically tend to browse on my own in stores and try to avoid that pushy sales person that says everything you try on looks good. Sarah was not that person! She was super helpful in pulling pieces I wouldn't have thought to pull for myself, in suggesting ways to style different pieces, and in offering ideas without layering on salesy pressure or false compliments.

Some beautiful clothing here. My wife picked out a very nice reversible bleather jacket and a nice trench coat but didn't buy :-O. Upstairs are some good deals with discounts and a collection of nice jeans/pants and dresses. Assistant was helpful and not pushy at all. We took business card in case we change mind on the jackets :-)

Don't go in here unless you seem "worthy" of buying their expensive dresses. My friend and I are around 20, we were being very polite, and just wanted to browse. If they assume you might not be buying anything, (which they must have based on our age?) the staff will be EXTREMELY rude. Most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a clothing store.

So I walk into Barcelino with my mother and sister in the market for a gown for my mother to wear for my sister's wedding. Upon entering an older British lady who was taking a personal call on her phone greets us, and asks if we need any help. We explain that we're just browsing for gowns and she immediately follows up the stairs asking us nonstop questions. Where is the wedding? When is it? Is it in California? What type of venue is it? Are you in the wedding? Family or attending? It almost seemed intrusive but we all seemed to let it go since it seemed like the questions came with good intentions. The hovering immediately became apparent that it was to monitor us as opposed to just being ready to assist us. It all came to a screeching halt when she asked my sister to browse the gowns and dresses by the hanger "as to protect the fabric" and then proceeded to demonstrate how these gowns should be handled. Let me be very clear, my sister who is 30 was by no means damaging or violently/aggressively browsing the dresses like a child, she just was gently moving the gowns to look at the actual dress. She also hovered over my 60 year old mother and myself like we were criminals while talking incessantly about all the dresses she would have coming in and that it might be more appropriate to wear certain colors and styles for the occasion. Fast forward a few minutes when we all collectively just had it and politely excused ourselves and she continued to hover and suggest that we go to "other department stores to browse." It's not exactly a Pretty Woman moment, we weren't dressed like hookers but it was very clear that this woman for whatever reason did not think that three women casually dressed in jeans and tshirts/blouses could afford whatever was in her store. I've never been this offended and appalled by a store or it's staff. We were treated much better at the actual designer stores in Union Square (ie: the Barney's, Neimans and Saks of the world) where we found what we were looking for and were not reprimanded, hovered over and judged based on who we were or what we were wearing. I'd highly advise that the management either train or terminate the woman there on how to better handle people who come into the store that could potentially spend hundreds to thousands of dollars.

Walked in looking for a formal dress. Was greeted by an older woman who immediately started inquiring about the event along with the "W's"..Who, What, When and Where. Told her we were just browsing. Followed us throughout the store and UP the stairs to where the formal dresses were. Then continued to tell us about appropriate colors for the seasons and how to "handle" the dresses while we were looking. Our walk in was longer than it took to look around since at that point we really just wanted to get out of there. Nobody likes to be followed or being hovered over. Dresses were probably worth looking at had the woman just let us browse and stopped asking us all sorts of questions. Would I visit this place again? PROBABLY NOT just because of the type of service we got: nosey, inquisitive, unnecessary hovering and very opionated. If I could give it ZERO MINUS I WOULD!
