Terrible experience. If you have melanated skin I strongly suggest you spend your money elsewhere. Stereotypical, followed me around the store & yet was extremely nervous in my presence for no reason. However, extremely cordial with the caucasian tourists.

Terrible customer service! Came in hoping to buy two cheap 3 piece suits in specific patterns/material to compliment some others I just bought. Agent at the front greeted me I told him about the patterns I was hoping to find and instead of assisting he said they were custom order only (which wasn't the problem). I proceeded to look around and low and behold the types of suits I was looking for were there. What was worse is that he rather loudly had his colleague close the front door and then proceeded to follow me around the store while on the phone as if I was going to steal something from the shop! Take your business elsewhere

Outstanding customer service from Jahan, who reached out to touch bases. The personal, friendly connection is especially meaningful nowadays when contrasted to waiting on hold and getting curt responses from indifferent employees. Though prices are high, the clothing quality and service is excellent.

Their return policy is only 7 days - even if merchandise has tags on and is never worn. For how expensive it is, they should at least allow a 30 day return.

I walked in looking for a leather jacket and they have a very classy selection and spectacular customer service. The employees are very helpful and we found the perfect jacket for me. I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality leather jackets and high and apparel.

These people will try to rip you off no doubt. Pushy pushy pushy. Complete liars. They told me they were going to alter my jacket and I went back a week later and nothing was done. And to top it off they try to pretend that alterations were made. They think that everybody that walks into that store is an idiot. And what's with the older dude dressed like a freaking buffoon. Absolutely no fashion sense. He is the one who claims to be the alteration guy but he should start looking in the mirror and start altering his own look. These people are low life scum bags who are only out for the buck. I can appreciate that but when you rip people off trying to make that buck you're an a******* Make your bucks on your own merit

I have bought many beautiful clothing items here. I have spent about $10,000 over the years. The staff is very friendly and not a little pushy always trying to sell you more stuff. The problem is, it is hard to say no because you want to buy it all. But I recently bought two sweaters ($200.00 a piece) that after 3 weeks started to pill. Before I bought them, I asked “Will they pill?”. And I was assured that they would not pill. Well, when I tried to take them back, they refused and said I must have been “wearing them wrong”. I appealed to their corporate headquarters who echoed exactly what the management at the store said, without even speaking to me or looking at the sweaters. So, BEWARE! They do not stand behind their products. I will never shop there again. I recommend Gene Hiller for better service and similar products.

Had the opportunity to visit San Francisco and enjoyed shopping at this high-end men's apparel store. Purchased a cashmere scarf that was on sale. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend visiting this shop. It's pretty horrible, and my friend and I recieved the worst customer service ever. Never, in my 30 years of life, have I experienced worse customer service. Fact is, I was recommend to visit this shop by a former colleague, but after he heard about our experience he decided not to re-visit as well.

Probably my favorite shop in CA. Everything that they have here is very cute and original. Every time I come here I walk out with a ton of stuff. You can not visit San Fran and not go to Therapy.
