This bank has gone downhill since it changed from Bank of the West to BMO. Customer service is below par and there are some very incompetent individuals working there who do not know how to effectively communicate and will give you the run around. I’ve gone from having a wonderful banking relationship to frustration and am on the verge of pulling out all of my accounts and going elsewhere.

Teller did not count my money, just gave me a bundle, saying how much was the bundle, I miss the people who use to work there, they greeted you, smiled, and gave you great vibes

I love this bank alot customer service is good and more bank tellers than the bank I have. Parking lot is not always full it just the matter of wrong time and not everyone park in the bank are customers

My wife is a member and needed cash to go to the emergency room she stopped by to use the ATM the security guard harassed her and made her feel uncomfortable until the fact that she couldn't use the ATM

The banker and security guard here was super nice and cordial even though I came in at 4:59pm. Much respect for the bank branch because I used to work for BNP Paribas!

The parking lot of this place has a very angry security with very bad customer services. We didn’t know that the parking lot is for customer only and accidentally parked our car there. As soon as I stepped out the car, the security guard yelled at me really loud and said: “get out of here”. I thought this is extreme rude because he could explain to us politely that parking lot is for customer only and we will leave. This incident made me question the professionalism of the bank of west and I will never consider opening a bank account at this place. I will also not recommend any of my friends or relatives to come to this place.

hands down the worst bank in the world! do not let them touch your money! they dont help, they lie, torture and take! worst customer service ran by bunch of miserable awful bad college drop outs! opened a secured credit card and they wont close it and return my $500! they are making me go into default and they all have different stories and dishonest promises! nothing consistent or right ever! i wish the worst for them as they are criminals and should be in prison! wish i never stepped foot in that place! do not bank at bank of the worst! ghetto ghetto ghetto!

This bank is ghetto. They literally hired some out of work bouncer to guard the parking lot with his life. Someone get this damn yappy chihuahua out of the lot so I can go use the ATM. The bank does nothing about about way he treats people either, they showed no sign of adressing my concern. Man whoever is training these idiot cops got to the security guards too. Who speaks like this to people let alone customers if they live in civilized society?

Worst bank to ever use. Customer service is horrible and would not recommend. Their security guard is extremely hostile at the parking lot. Threatens customers the moment they step foot out of their car. Please come with caution or at least know self defense.

I am very agree with Jason here, the security guard was harassing me and accusing me for parking there too long after just came out of the bank. And he was afraid of approaching those black folks who parked there but didn’t use their services.
