hands down the worst bank in the world! do not let them touch your money! they dont help, they lie, torture and take! worst customer service ran by bunch of miserable awful bad college drop outs! opened a secured credit card and they wont close it and return my $500! they are making me go into default and they all have different stories and dishonest promises! nothing consistent or right ever! i wish the worst for them as they are criminals and should be in prison! wish i never stepped foot in that place! do not bank at bank of the worst! ghetto ghetto ghetto!

Every time I walk in here to do deposits the branch manager and of few other employees aren't wearing their mask. The virus is airborne and especially dangerous indoors

I've been depositing my rent payment at this branch for the last 2+ years. I am not a member of this bank, but my landlady is. Went to drop off my check this morning and all of sudden they need my phone number and SSN! When I questioned this - they've never needed anything but the check and my ID before - they said it's always been their policy. I call BS. Horrible service, incompetent employees. I was literally trying to give you money and you turned me away.

Ricardo was very fast and efficient in fixing an overdraft error that occurred on one of my accounts. He was very kind and helpful on the phone when I called about my inquiry and quickly handled the manner when I came into the branch physically the following day. I wan in and out of the branch within 3 minutes. This branch is never busy in general and rarely do I even have to wait in line for the ATM machine.

The staff here is totally incompetent. Avoid this branch. They were unable to even answer the most basic questions about my mortgage and it's frustrating enough that I'm going to look into refinancing with a better bank.

After dealing with the 800 # people being very rude & stubborn, I called this branch # & spoke to Maria. Very kind & helpful!!!!!!!!!!! I had to call clear from Austin, TX to get service! Thank you Ma'am!
