Today is 9/14/23.We drove 2 hours to get to this SF branch only to find out it is closed. The new bank is Tasi Bank. They no longer support bank of Guam accounts (as of 2021). It would have been nice if they updated their website and Google account to reflect this.

Bank of Guam's San Francisco branch is permanently closed. There wasn't even any notice on their website, and we went on to find an empty office.

Every time I am having problems with my account I can always call this branch to help resolve them since Guam branches do not coincide with Chicago time. I believe I've called before and a lady named Barbara helped me and she was very kind friend and patient with me.I also called today and Clarice was a gem and helped me resolve all my issues. These women and their friendly demeanor and kindness remind me of why I miss a Guam so much because people from Guam are the best!Leilanie M.

Worst bank ever! Do not work with this bank, you might as well contact the actual Bank in Guam. They were rude and SLOW!! My mom had an urgent request and it took them 3 days to finally work on the request! So disappointed in the service!

Apparently, this bank only services residents of California and Guam. Is this even legal? I was trying to open an account online today. It didn't work so I called. The clerk claims that the website is the way it is to avoid customers who are not residents of the above. I was informed that if you want to open an account, you need to apply in person. Then she tried to convince me that this is common practice with other banks. Now why would you say that? I asked for the manager and she said she's the manager.
