I have banked here for seven years, and I have never had any issues, whatsoever. Maria and Vuorn (sp?) have been helpful tellers. Sue is continuously a friendly, welcoming and accommodating presence. Banking specialists Sabrina and Alvin are great at what they do. Sabrina is knowledgeable, and was fantastic in helping me get, and, understand my auto loan. Alvin is always prompt, efficient, professional, courteous and attentive to detail when I make appointments with him.

I'm sad to leave a poor review for this B of A branch, but it's necessary. My mom is a superb client of this branch & she just wanted to know the hours. I waited for her in the bank branch & the big black security guard was a total jerk. B of A management & corporate, please contact Allied Universal Security & please change him with someone who is kinder & not a total asshole. I only asked him if the bank branch was open, & he gave me a rude response. Sir, I'll be glad when corporations turn to robots & replace your sorry ass. You don't even wanna be there working. Bank clients beware, it's better to go to Viz Valley because the staff are much better & well mannered.

5 years of being a Bank of America customer but with that type of staff you cannot trust these people, they leave this bank very bad

Any Bank of America you go to has the worst service ever!! Whatever location you go to the tellers are slow and seem to not care about their customers. If I could give them a minus star, I would. They have no consideration, compassion, or regard for how their slowness affects others. Don't go during a lunch break because you will not have time to eat.

I came to this bank of America at 9 am on January 23, 2023. The service quality here is too poor. I came to this bank to do business just after the door opened at 9 o'clock. When I arrived, there were no customers in the lobby, and the reception staff I was asked to sit on the sofa in the lobby and wait. No one came to receive me for half an hour. After about 40 minutes, someone came to ask me. I was still asked to wait, but there were no guests this morning, so I was still asked to wait. Almost an hour, no one received, I had no choice but to go to the second Bank of America,

Long lines and long wait time. The employees look burnt out. I've had multiple issues with Bank of America and they are never resolved. I finally closed all my Bank of America accounts and switched over to Chase bank. Best decision ever. Chase has excellent customer service with convenient opening hours ! I do not recommend Bank of America whether the branch location or on the phone. Both are incredibility frustrating to interact with.

I can't give them half a star and honestly I wouldn't give them that. I have been in line for more than 20 minutes and the line hasn't budged. There are 2 people helping one customer and only one other teller. The line now has 4 more people behind me. I have never liked BofA and much less this one. The other branches around here don't rate any higher than 3 stars. What a shame. TriCounties is my favorite. Quiet friendly no hassles and they always know who you are as soon as you walk in. The least you could get is a greeting here. They better not give me no BS when I get to the window.

3 stars is for the big a** parking lot. But I hate the exit of the parking lot. It's so narrow and getting out into traffic is a pain. Had to do a deposit, ATM line was longer than teller line. And some guy was going around asking what we're doing. Asking if we can fill out our own deposit or withdrawal. Like wtf is the teller for ...? He had told me- you will have to do it yourself soon.Like .. no I'm not. You didn't tell the other older Mexican guy that. You didn't tell that elderly black grandma that. Lies. Just damn lies to get us to do their damn job.
