Spectacularly bad. As in, how do they remain open with such incredibly poor service? About once every 3 months, I have to go in to deposit a check. Today was one of those days. 12 people in line in front of me, two people served in 21 minutes. (Yeah, i time it now.) Before, someone would often take checks for deposit only from people in line and process them, expediting the line. Nope. Not now. I was told I had to wait. At the pace they were going, I'd have reached the teller in about 2.5 hours. I had to get back to work in 30 minutes, so I bailed. Going to another branch tomorrow. I'm complaining to BofA directly too - this is to warn others to go elsewhere. ANYWHERE else. They need an overhaul or to be shut down.

Beware of a teller named Wyatt! He assisted my lady with depositing checks only to find out that he only deposited 1/3. We caught his mistake right away and went back to talk to him about it. When asked, he told us that corporate will handle the mistake in the back-end of things and we have nothing to worry about. If that is the case we just have to wait till the weekend is over. For safe measures, we asked for a receipt or proof of deposit but he refused and told us off. Fast forward to Tuesday, money is still not in the bank so we had to call BOA corporate. We explained everything to corporate and they informed us that everything Wyatt did at the branch was not up to the company standards. I'm not writing this to bad mouth this branch but Wyatt's negligence needs to be noticed. You should not be a teller handling people's money if you're going to be that careless... Will not be coming back.

The tellers at this branch act like they're doing you a favor by helping you. No greeting or "thank you" of any kind. I think they do that because they want more people to just use the ATM outside. I will go to 9th & Irving branch next time, better customer service over there.

Whenever I visit this Bank of America location on Friday it us always 2 tellers only and a 6-8 people line. For my question whether they can add one more person to assist people standing in a line for 20-30 minutes, the answer of the manager was "these are all tellers that we have". I suggested may he can help people, but refused to answer. I am wondering if this is going for a long time didn't anyone complain? How it happened that this location manager doesn't care abitu customers???

I don't know why people give a low review. Last time, my father was in hospital and couldn't get out to DMV to renew his expired ID. Most of the other branches couldn't take expired ID, but Shen made an exception and helped me to open the account for my dad without him being here. Thanks Bank of America

This bank has always been horrible. Long lines with only one teller most times while four others are standing around. It even ate my card at it's atm on the weekend and took out a 20 which i never received. Had to go back multiple times to get it back and even after making a claim (which i didn't get a confirmation # which i was never told i needed) and waisting of my time, no apologies and still no compensation... treat this branch like the plague.

So far the best Bank of America I've been to, very supportive and helpful.

This is THE WORST b of a ever. I've been in this line for over an hour. Super rude also. It's always like this.... only one teller and line to the door. Multiple staff (7) but they don't seem to care about this one teller doing all the work. Horrible

This is the worst bank I've ever been to. I have since closed my account (for different reasons) and only come to BoA to direct deposit rent, but this location is by far the most ineffective. They just remodeled the whole place and put the teller all the way in the back. I say teller because there is almost always only one, but at most 2. There is ALWAYS A LARGE LINE. Every time. And I have come at a wide variety of days and times. They don't care about convenience for general customers and only about big money, investments and business. Shame. Every month it's a dread to come waste 20 minutes or more standing in line. 2 tellers??? What a joke.

I'm sitting at this location yet again, waiting in yet another long line. We are currently 7 people deep with 2 tellers and tons of other bankers walking around doing nothing. No apologies. Just 5-10 minute wait for each customer in front of me without any hope of help in sight. At least at Chase they offer water and coffee while you wait. They even have bankers who talk to customers and offer help when it may not be there job. I guess customer service is not #1 priority at BofA!

This is for all Bank of America around the world. Bad service. Charge their customers overdraft fees when they're not supposed to. Rude people working. Crooks! I want 0 stars but not an option. Go bank with chase and others. Even credit unions are better than these f****** crooks!

I'm writing this review as I painfully wait in line at this bank. It seems rare to never have a line or I just always luck out and come to a bank when there's a line that's at least a 10-15 min wait. What upsets me more is when the hell did banks or this bank at least become like an airport and have a business line where "business class" customers can automatically cut everyone else in a separate line. F the j*** who thought of this (most likely a business p****** I'm never coming back to this bank again.
