Hi I’m Paulo Semensato. I just want to state that despite the bank not seem to be multicultural and inclusive. SAM HU was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to help me!

ALL EMPLOYEES are ASIAN and they are ONLY friendly and WELCOMING with ASIANS. NOT INCLUSIVE AT ALL. What a SHAME for Bank of America for a city so multicultural like SF.

Middle of the road service, I just come here for convenient ATM on the side. Two ATMs on the outside for easy and quick transactions.

I'm a client. I'm not able to reach this location by phone. Can't schedule an appointment online either; the web browser and app aren't allowing me to schedule.

I just went into the branch to ask for help with setting up auto pay and there was only one person in line in front of me. One of the ladies in the offices was free but refused to help me saying all of them were busy (there was four employees in the branch). I asked if I could wait and she said no, I should either call or go to another branch, she would not help me. I explained that I had called in before and didn’t get the help I needed and she said even so she wasn’t going to help me. I asked if I should wait in line but she said no, the teller was the manager and all she had time for was transactions. I stayed calm but was in shock as she just walked off. If I couid give 0 stars I would.

Finally had a very good service . Constance was the tell and she smile, friendly, and made me feel welcome. Most of the time, I felt they are doing me a service when I have to go to a tell.

Definitely an understaffed branch but they’re very nice and will go out of their way to help!

This branch knows customer service is their #1 priority. They always greet you and ask how they can help. Relationship Banker Hon Lee is an exceptional employee, who can multitask and provide immediate service. He resolved my mom's issues with all the rigid BofA security policies when she tries to access her account. I've always been my mom's Power of Attorney, but some documents had to be updated, as I'm married now. Hon Lee quickly got on the phone and connected with a representative to assist us further with instructions. Luckily, there was a notary public down the street on Geary, and we handled everything at once. Hon Lee speaks and understands English well, whereas another branch was often confused, not helpful at all. Give Hon Lee a raise, or make him employee of the month. Such stellar employees are hard to find these days, especially in-person. There's ample street metered parking at times. I noticed the outside ATM on Geary Blvd is removed, go around the corner. The inside ATM is available during business hours. 'Til next time ~ happy banking and see you on Yelp (SYOY)!

I have banked with Bank of America for decades, and we all know Bank of America is not rated for customer service. If you didn't know, now you do. But this location is by far the worst location I have been to in my life. So bad I had to write a review for a bank that most people won't even read. Any who's, They remodeled and updated the look on the inside. Gosh, they even have a security standing outside most of the time. The customer service is complete trash. No one to greet you, they are not patience with you. I understand English may not be the primary language for the most of them and I speak Chinese. But come on, be less rude. There has not been a time I walk in here and not have to stand here and wait 15-20 minutes. It's absolutely nightmare. walking in here Today for instance, I am standing in line right now typing up this review and my lord, One customer at the teller window, 2 people behind counter. These floaters, omg the floaters they just float around in the lobby. To be fair maybe 1/10 times it's horrible here. It's not 100% horrible. Moral of the story, Don't Judge a business by i the money they spent of remodel haha it will raise your expectations

Profoundly underwhelming customer service. They couldn't help until because it was their *lunch time* for another 2 hours later. I recommend to structure business affairs to shun the Bank of America and its pitiful customer service.

This branch does not have actual bank hours, it is appointment only, but nobody answers the phone - you're just on endless hold to try to make an appointment. The lack of service at Bank of America is breathtaking.

I've always had good experiences at this branch. I took the time to learn people's names and they always treated me kindly. Sometimes there are lines but that usually happens on Saturdays when most people are not at work. They were always very professional and quick to move the line along. I hope they reopen my local branch again soon.

Slow service. Does anyone work here?? Run by seniors. Bank needs more staff running the counter or retrain the current team for quicker service. Four counters but only ONE is running during peak time! Unbelievable. Takes 45mins to do an over the counter transaction. Online banking reminds how easy it is we can do most things online. If only they don’t put withdrawal limits I’d not want to walk in to this bank
