Terrible place to bank, the short asian guy with glasses told me false information about my check deposit time. I wasn’t being helped to the full extent but rushed in the teller line to get me out. For 1.8 star bank I am surprised it is still in operation. Don’t bank here these employees don’t care about you, call the service line it’s wayyy better clarifications.

It was a very good experience overall. Street parking with several short-parking spots right in front. Service was friendly and efficient despite it was Monday.

They didnt answer the phone after 30 minutes of robo dialing. Went somewhere else.

Slow, rude, and no chance of improving! They took 45min to get a manager over ride for something that literally took him 30 seconds.

Don't waste your time on this branch. The line is always long. They only have one teller on the rush hour and to speak with a banker waiting time is long

No place to park. No one to receive you or even a piece of paper to sign in for anything as simple as closing a savings account. I asked the cashier how long a wait and he said he had no idea and that it varies a lot. Mind you there was hardly any customers at the bank. Now I know parking isn't the bank's fault but everything I describe is well within their control and it's a total failure.

If this was my home branch I would not be a B of A customer. Slow doesn't begin to describe it because that implies movement of some kind and I've been here 20 minutes and I'm 8th in line still and there is only 1 teller open. If you have a choice go anywhere else!

I don't write reviews often but I feel this is a must for others to know this BOA location. The new manger, Kevin Lau is so rude and unprofessional with business customer like us. We've been going to this bank for over 10 years and encountered so many manager transitions but he is the worst one ever. He asked for my ID for cash deposits on business account which I totally understand but this procedure is not consistent! Other teller never so ask me since they see me almost everyday. I asked him to let others know so they ID me every visit instead whenever he feels like to. This is second time I argue with him and he came up with so much reasons to do so. He said it's a government bank so he has the right to ask anytime! Really? Why don't others don't then? Pls train your staff to do so!!! I like the other teller. They are so nice every time. But not this new manager. I'm so mad with this customer service. I wish he can transfer out of this location soon!!! I just feel his act of talking to customers are so unprofessional and needs training.

Worst bank ever!!!!!!! They have no since of urgency to help the customers in line, they always have one teller at the booth helping 20 plus people while the other workers just sit at desk helping no one. It's seriously outrageous that I have to wait more than 30 mins just to do something that takes 2-3 mins to do. They seriously need to hire more people so that the bank runs efficiently without 20-30 waiting in line. This place really disappoints me, they need to do better.
