STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!This is the worst BofA branch I have ever been to! There are no tellers if you want to withdraw a bigger amount of cash. The manager treats everyone very poorly. They just want to get you out of there ASAP to take the next clients if the reason you’re here is not to open a new account.

Ricardo the manager at this branch is terrible at his job. I can In to cash a check. I was told “unfortunately we don’t cash checks at this branch”. It’s not part of any policy it’s simply some chicken people that don’t know how to do their job. I understand risk management but there was absolutely zero risk here. They wouldn’t even bother to call the account holder to verify they just simply take the easiest route by not cashing checks at all. Sounds weird to me. This 1 star review is not for them not causing the check but for the 50 different pathetic lies I got instead of them being straight forward that they do not know how to do their job.

Some employees are very helpful, the upper management ones do nothing but tell you to go online or call the 800 number

Still stingy with the quarters. They max at one roll and are rude about that to boot as if it's coming out of their child's piggy bank. Yet, SF Fire Credit Union told me today there's no limit but if I needed more than 20 rolls on a Saturday, I might need to wait a few minutes. The guy at BoA who manages the door kiosk keeps claiming there is still a National shortage? I called BoA and they said there are no limits in place. More reason to quit big banking. If my account wasn't 35 years old and free, I would not have an account here either. Check out SF Fire, they are wonderful.

One of the things I loved about this branch is that it had abbreviated operating hours on Saturdays. Those are now gone. This branch consistently never has quarters, which means I have to walk to a different bank. Thank goodness I have a Chase card or I would NEVER be able to get quarters to do my laundry. The floor manager at this branch was super curt and flippant when I asked him about their quarter replenishment. I'm sure this question is frequent, but there no need to be rude when one of your long time customers asks a normal banking question.

Left work early and ran to this location to do some critical business that can't be done online. But they decided to randomly close 15 minutes early. Thanks guys. ?

Everyone that works here, though few they are, they all seem to really care about the customer. Unfortunately, there have been numerous times when I go there and the lobby is closed with a sign on the door that says, "Lack of staff, go to another location" or I walk in and there's no tellers, only financial advisors that are playing all roles for the day. But it's okay, they usually get it done.I used to think that the tellers were power trippin, because they seemed to really enjoy saying no to people. But now I think it's more that they have pretty strenuous protocol for check cashing and account protection and I guess I'd rather THAT then suffer a loss somehow because a teller wasn't being careful enough. It's a give and take.

I am sincerely thankful to Oscar, Manager, and his colleague Kelly. We could not run payroll on due day due to a major issue created by the bank back office somewhere. Oscar got on the phone, worked skillfully and hard for three hours, and got us the checks four hours later, that same day payroll day. It was so terribly tight, due completely to some other distant department. Everybody got paid on pay day and before the long holiday weekend. He, with assistance from Kelly, saved the day and our reputation as an employer. It was a horribly difficult situation, I certainly showed my stress, but they were frankly -spectacular. I am so very very grateful. And, decent people at the branch generally

Awesome with taking away all fees and even trying to improve my interest rates while being transparent the whole time.

I would NOT bank with BofA. Not easy to bank with- Been a Bof A customer for 15years plus and I do not think I've enjoyed BofA service ever. Maybe a few times. But you have stolen enough money from me over the years.. Last night might be the final straw I'm currently up to 11 code verification texts. Enough already! I don't work for you... After 2 hours and multiple password resets I'm still trying to finish what I started. I have three accounts each with savings and checking, 2 business and 1 personal and trying to transfer and pay vendors has not been smooth and easy. I understand security features, but I followed your instructions over and over again and got in!! Yea!!but somehow now this morning I'm locked out of my accounts and called BofA and I'm on hold waiting......still waiting......still waiting to fix this.......I should have just written a check . BofA is not my future of banking. And Zella...why? I have PayPal and Venmo and those are quick and easy.

There’s ALWAYS only 1 teller and it ends up taking up an hour of my time to see a teller.
