Appalling customer service in this branch. Got practically yelled at for not making an appointment (not common practice at the last bank I used) and asked me to come back at 2pm (sorry, people have jobs, they can’t just come by anytime within the insanely limited 10-4 Mon-Fri opening hours). Regret becoming a Bank of America customer

Don't use online billpay for property tax. I paid property tax as usual, then got a notification that a paper check was sent instead of the usual electronic check. Customer service said it was because the tax collector required it. The tax office said certain banks aren't allowed to use e-checks. It's hard to believe a huge organization like this can't do it. Now my check won't clear for months, and I won't know if it gets lost.

One teller at lunch time. This is why I don't have my accounts here anymore. I've been in line for 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

I hate this bank. Moved over to Wells Fargo. This bank is ghetto! Customer service is non existent and the interior looks like they haven't undated it since the founding. I'm writing this while I wait in line because the idiot behind the counter didn't have some account information regarding my own account. I had to log in on my phone to get it. WTH? Just don't use this bank. If you can.

Whoever does the scheduling for the tellers needs to do a better job. Every time I have been at this branch there has been one teller and too long of a line.

The legendary home of the black Banker's Heart made of stone. I take all my friends to the building when they visit from out of the country. No one can believe it until they can see it.

I'm a Wells Fargo customer who had the misfortune of using Bank of America for a one-off errand. When I entered the branch, a woman approached me and asked me what I was there to do. I told her that I had to make a cash deposit for a moving company that had a B of A account. She then explained that Bank of America ceased taking cash deposits on Dec. 1, 2017 (I was in a few weeks later). I asked her what my options were, and she said that I would have to complete a wire transfer with my bank. I needed the cash in the account that day, so that wasn't a viable option. I called my moving co back and explained to my contact what the teller told me. My contact said that something was off - that he took cash deposits all the time from customers. I went back and tried a different approach. I told them it was a business transaction, something I felt silly saying because of the implication that I was already sending money to a moving company. That's when they changed their tune and ceded that they could make business cash deposits, not personal cash deposits. It's unfortunate that I had to go through so many hoops to get my task completed. Moving is stressful enough as it is.

This branch is terrible. They are never staffed effectively. There is always a 7-10 minute minimum wait at the teller line. Even if you go at 10am or 3pm. After waiting in line for a while, they refused to let me withdraw my money out of the account since it was more than x dollars (wasn't even a very high number). I asked them to ask their manager, and the manager did say yes. But the manager was on the phone so wanted me to wait a lot longer until just to talk to me. Then he would review my account and head to the vault, etc. So it would take me another 25 minutes. It is ridiculous. I have taken out the same amount of money at other branches and been in and out within 5-7 minutes. Another time, I created a joint account with my mom. The relationship manager asked me to just sign two blank forms and he would fill out the rest and I could go. I definitely did not feel comfortable with any of that.
