With the demotion of the Grant Ave branches years ago, the Mandarin Tower branch, along with the Columbus and Stockton branch (which is technically in North Beach), are the only branches serving Chinatown, and the Mandarin Tower branch feels oddly understaffed. Often the wait for counter service will take 15 to 25 minutes as the line reach a dozen deep due to lack of tellers. Yes that would include just needing two rolls of quarters. ?

Very cool! Efficient and professional staff with very good service attitude and attentiveness. There are also Chinese services. I found that I liked this place, it was a great experience. It is recommended to do business here.

I had a great experience at this branch of Bank of America. Very efficient and excellent service. Made an appointment on Saturday to see a Bank Officer to assist me on several things and Teresa was just very helpful and informative. Highly recommend this branch for Saturday visitations. Make an appt so you don’t have to wait.

It is close to the Chinatown subway station and has convenient transportation. There are metered parking spaces. There are shops nearby selling medicinal materials, dry goods, groceries, etc. The banking services there are very good. You can ask about financial services. I cannot list them all.
