I was greeted by a sweet lady and she asked me for what I needed help with and quickly got me and my wife settled in. We were in line for not too long and were helped by Lorena, she was extremely helpful and very patient with us. Everyone there went above the call of duty to assist us and made our already stressful day less stressful.

I visited this branch to take care of a little thing and the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.I was offered tips on how to use certain features of my account. The tips solved the exact problems I was thinking about.I'll make it my preferred BoA branch.

Understaffed. Terrible, especially considering the location.

My husband passed away in December. I paid off his truck on 1/13 so I could sell it. They have yet to send me a release of Lien! The last time I called, they're telling me it could be 6-8 weeks! I can't sell his truck without it!!!!! I would NEVER recommend Bank of America to anyone!! And I own a retail business! I'll be sure to share this with ALL of my customers!

Ive been with them for far far too long. Im leaving as soon as my credit union checks come in and I will then close the entire account. They are not competitive on anything - check around. Customer service is non-existent. Dont even try calling them unless you have a long time to wait. They upped my minimum balance for fee-free checking to $50k from $20k, all so I can earn zero interest. Again, extremely poor customer service. And when I read of all the "woke" training they give their employees, its just awful. Folks - everyone needs to wise up and go to a credit union. Really -- check into one. Much much better. All of this is, of course, my subjective opinion, but --- Ive had enough. Good riddance.

I have been a customer of BOA for over 15 years and recently my bank account was compromised twice within a two week time period. Although, I had the fraud alert protect and responded to the the fraud department when I received the fraud alert message "Some suspicion activity has taken place are you aware of the charges "Yes or No"! I replied no and contacted BOA to also advise the bank that the charges to my acount is not me. Bank of America alllowed 33 charges of the same person to charge my account all within a one day time period and had no explaination as to how these charges did not promt the bank to issue a restriction to my bank account. As of this date I am still waitng on the charges t of over $300.00 reflect back into my bank acccount. So it gets better.....after this event I was advised by the bank to deactivate my debit card and BOA would issue to me a new card. Well they sent to me the new card and what happens more fraud charges on the new card. This is now my 3rd time receiving a new card. I am truly believing that these banks fruads are performed in house. BOA customers s please review your bank accounts with BOA you will be amazed whats being taken from your funds when you don't pay any attention to your accounts on a daily basis.

To begin with I have been a BofA customer for 36 years. This will be coming to an end when my issues is resolved. The last Stimulus Payment of mine was sent direct deposit on the 5th of April of this year. I contacted the IRS and have a letter saying it was sent and I never received it. The response I have received so far from Bank of America is tough luck. The bank only offers a mail box is what I have been told, if it's not there, oh well.. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau consumerfinance.gov and now BofA can drag their feet for up to 2 months to give me an answer. If they don't hand over my money I be suing them in Small Claim Court. BANK OF AMERICA GIVES THE CUSTOMER HORRIBLE SERVICE.

THE WORST BANK EVER. No person of any level EVER takes personal responsibility for anything. The left hand will literally tell you the opposite of what the right hand tells you. AVOID THE B OF A.

Terrible small business online support. Recently, I requested a change of phone numbers for sending me authorization codes. Was told would take just a few days. Now told it will take weeks. I now have no access to my business account on line for weeks. I need that access. I need that easy access for running my business. B of A customer services just states that is the way it is. Total lack of competency. Total disregard for the business customer. Like dealing with the DMV. Terrible support, a total inability to even try a creative solution.

Because of thousands of people in this state that are collecting unemployment benefits, Bank of America has contracted with the state of Nevada to use their bank to withdraw their unemployment funds. As I understand, people can not even go to another bank to withdraw money which they would readily do even if there was a surcharge. I needed to go into the bank yesterday, Monday 7/27, only to find that there was a line under a canopy which had at least 20 people ahead of me. It was over 100 degrees yesterday and I along with so many others stood in line for over one hour. This bank has closed different branches around Las Vegas and N Las Vegas and obviously, the one that was open had a huge line. These banks have also been running out of money at the ATMs. The one branch I went to two weeks ago had only one drive up operating and the other out of money along with the walkup ATM. This banking institution welcomes your business but when it comes time to assist their customers, there is no help to be had and they don't care. These tellers are sitting behind two inch bullet proof glass and are wearing masks, so you tell me why they can't open more branches. I am not one of these thousands of people collecting unemployment and I do not have to drive around all over town just to find a bank and/or an ATM that is operational, so yes this is a terrible situation and Bank of American is doing nothing to solve the problem. I really believe that when things calm down and hopefully back to some normalcy, I am going to change banks. This has become so unprofessional that I will not forget and will not tolerate the treatment of their customers.

I worked for Bank of America for six years: I consider it a very toxic environment.

During a crisis as we are now in, you'd think that Bank of America would ease up on some details. I, a senior citizen, needing supplies as do many of us, need whatever cash available on hand. I made a deposit from another local bank into my Bank of America account. This was on 04/24/2020. The next day I received an e-mail from the bank that my deposit was to be withheld until May 1. I called the bank's service line to question this. I was told that the bank wanted to make sure that the check would clear. WHAT?? Eight days to clear a check? I called again to explain that the money deposited was the only money I owned. How was I expected to buy food and prescriptions? I explained that I was a senior citizens with limited access to the outside world. I have been ill without common necessities. The bank rep. expressed her sympathy about not feeling well but the check would still not clear until May 1, and there was nothing she could do. I think that this is corporate ignorance.
