bad service i ever met. BOA should closed this branch permanently if they keep doing this. I will stop using boa services if I met this bad service continually in this branch.

Opened my account here, and have had the best experience with BoFa. They check up on me all the time, and help me grow my account. leaving a good review because my boyfriend told me no one leaves good reviews on banks cause nobody likes banks. I like this bank!!! ? ?

Marylou Vega and Rycki Ambeau provided exceptional service. After visiting the Powell St. location 4 times in attempt to do a wire transfer (0 STARS FOR THEM!!!!!) Marylou and Rycki had it done in 15 minutes with a smile on thier face. Refreshing after the Powell St. experience where I was literally yelled at by a finacial advisor. This will be my new branch when doing anything important!!

if i can give less than 1 star ill do.there is 1 guy there who is very rude not helpful at all, i was just asking for my bank statement and he said come back in 35 days.

This is actually 0 stars for the service at this location. It's unbelievable that service can be so poor. They don't answer their phone most of the times during working hours. Communication and attitude in person is extremely poor.If we don't speak up for their poor service at this location, it'll impact many other people.I've been to Chase several times and at different locations. Their service is great.Note: Some of the customer representatives over the toll free helpline are great from bofa.

Don't come to this Bank of America. I wanted to withdraw money. This Asian guy who is wearing a light blue collar shirt with a black vest. He's the teller in the middle window. He just threw my money and not putting inside the envelope. No hi or bye. He needs to learn more about customer experience. He was rude a** hell. It happen about 3:45pm. I would never coming back to this Bank of America ever again. He needs to fix his attitude.

I have been using merchant services at this branch since the location at Montgomery & Pine has been closed. Overall the staff have been very helpful. However, this morning the manager on duty, Aswin Kolady, was very rude. I had walked to the merchant window and he rudely told me to get in the other line because "we aren't catering to business accounts while we are understaffed." As I walked back to the main line, I asked when the Montgomery branch would reopen. Mr Kolady's response was to aggressively approach me, using his size in an attempt to intimidate, got right in my face and demanded "What did you say?". He seemed to be looking for a fight. Perhaps he needs some time off for anger management training.

Do not bank here. I tried to deposit a check here through the ATM. HUGE mistake. One machine was broken with a paper sign on it. I should have walked out. I went to the other machine to deposit my check. The amount showed as wrong so I pushed the button to return the check and the machine ate it and would not return it. The staff printed receipt and the receipt for the wrong amount was shown ($3,000 less than it should have been). Manager told me at night it would be fixed when the correct amount would be entered in. I also called customer service that night to advise them of the situation and was told it would be resolved. WRONG! Next day it was still showing wrong amount. I spent over two hours with customer service to get a credit issued for the correct amount after having to escalate several times. I am still going to have to call back in to reverse an overdraft charge. I have been with BofA most of my life and have substantial assets there in wealth management and this is how I was treated. The machines at that branch are shoddy and dysfunctional. DO BETTER Bank of America.

5 years ago I sold my house in Rodeo. after separating with my ex wife. I walked in with a check for $181k (house bought and sold thru BOA...they made far mare $ then I did)the branch manager gave me the normal lip service (el cerrito office)5 years later I am broken down in the middle of nowhere Colorado during covidI needed a $300 rear brake caliper for my motorcycle...I was forced to ride down mountain passes with NO REAR BREAK! to get to a family members housemy CC was near max but I had the credit line available to purchase that partBANK OF AMERICA HAS PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS!!!card declined...multiple calls made ZERO FUCKINING HELPI am now perusing legal maters and discrediting bank of America thru all my social media outlets#BANKOFAMERICA @BOA @BANKOFAMERICA #bankofamericalegal
